是一次很滿意的入住，門口停車方便，免費的停車場車位充足，對於電車一族來説，酒店提供的充電樁就更加方便了，大廳裝修的非常高大上，前台接待的也很專業，這次有長者同行，長者行動不是很方便，前台很貼心的給我們安排了就近電梯同時又安靜的房間，房間的衞生打掃的很乾凈，wifi網速很贊👍，電視可以收看很多台，淋浴房的出水量很大，熱水出水也很快，早餐品種很多，口味也不錯，總之這是一次很滿意的入住，以後再回含山，衹住維也納[強][強][強]

這次入住基本都好，有兩點很不舒服。一是樓下宴會的外聘服務人員竟然把餐廚垃圾桶從客梯走，弄的電梯裏面惡臭，讓人很不舒服。二是入住那幾天天氣都零下幾度，大廳竟然不開空調，讓人感受特別冷特別冷，很不舒服。

這次入住維也納酒店，總體來説還算滿意。
房間的空間比較寬敞，佈局合理，隔音效果也還不錯，保證了良好的睡眠環境。但是，房間內的一些細節還有待改進，比如部分傢俱略有磨損。
服務方面，大部分工作人員態度良好，但在辦理入住和退房時，等待時間略長。
酒店的位置不錯，周邊環境安靜，不過距離市中心稍微有點遠，如果沒有自駕的話，出行可能不太方便。不過，綜合來看，維也納酒店還是一個不錯的住宿選擇。

來含山出差，朋友推薦來的維也納，入住當天很熱，訂單訂好後給前台打了個電話確定了一下酒店位置，前台貼心的問了我到店時間，提前把房間的空調開好了，酒店位置很好找，門口還有充電樁，停車非常方便，以後來含山衹住維也納[強][強][強]

非常差勁，結婚訂了鐘點房給大家休息，鐘點房顯示到6點，5點多就來敲門讓退房。下午剛剛睡着，打電話來説房間數量不對，累了一天了，剛剛睡着。氣死了

大堂裝修挺典雅的，可酒店的服務態度和衞生是我住過最差的 沒有之一 維也納這個平台酒店在不同城市也住過幾家 可含山這個維也納的衞生水平 酒店的管理水平 和服務這一塊 甚至不如招待所。第一：門口停車位沒有人管理，電動三輪車不能站兩個車位，住店很難停好車。第二：房間衞生和沒打掃一下，廁所垃圾桶裏還有用過的衞生紙 非常不衞生，桌子上的油也沒擦乾淨 地上還有煙灰煙頭
