民宿（其實就是農家樂）地處九襄花海果鄉景區附近，位置不錯，房間很寬大，尤其陽台風景很好，房間衞生條件一般，空氣能熱水要放很久才會熱，小院內可以停幾輛車，有早餐提供（稀飯，饅頭，煮雞蛋，拌鹹菜、炒蔬菜等），節假日價格偏高，平時性價比還是可以的。

這樣的民宿在我看來才是真正意義上的民宿，現在很多民宿都像是快捷酒店性質，帶着家人下來，不是旅遊旺季，人也不多，停車超級方便！房間也很乾凈整潔，性價比非常高，老闆一家人都非常熱情，他們有自己的梨園，給我們摘梨子吃，還有好多李子數，都可以摘了吃，樓下還有超大的KTV，可以免費唱歌，準備睡覺的時候老闆還給我們送了好多個超大的蘋果！真的好熱情！就像是把我們當成原來的朋友一樣！感謝老闆一家人，祝你們生意興隆！

位置一般，沒有太好找。
需要拐個彎道到下面才能看到。
環境就是自建房那種，還是比較新。大小可以。
可以考慮在樓下種點花，做個院子。更方便納涼這些。

老闆挺熱情的，送了我們花生，衞生也還OK，洗浴竟然是小瓶獨立的～在這個連IHG、Hilton部分都是大瓶裝年代，好評！！！提醒一下各位，B級車、C級車出酒店老實走上面的大路，別走下面小路…嗯，回去修車了去了
