I'm really speechless. This is the first hotel I've given a bad review. Before staying at the hotel, I called and asked if there was a TV because it didn't look like it in the picture (I even asked if it was available in this room and he said no) but there was. The wireless network has a projection. I went in and found that there was no projection. I didn't see the wireless network password written anywhere, and it wasn't on the room card. Then I called again and the hair dryer didn't move for thirty seconds as long as it was cold or not. I had to use cold air to blow my hair back. I went to check out and he told me that the deposit was 200. I would return the same way after 3 o'clock. I suddenly remembered that the deposit had not been refunded at 4 o'clock. I called him and he told me that he would give me after work. They called me once and asked me to call. I called two more times before someone answered the call and dealt with the matter. If I forgot my deposit, wouldn’t they refund it to me? How many phone calls did I make from the time I booked the hotel? It was such an unforgettable experience.

It's very clean, very quiet, and has a super large floor-to-ceiling window! It's very close to museums, small streets, and Jianguo Street. You can ride shared electric bikes to get around!

When we arrived, there was only one room left, with two large beds. Our family of five made do with it for one night. It felt very good, the bed was soft, the window was not facing the street and it was very quiet. It was very convenient to go shopping and find food. The ladies at the front desk are very warm and friendly, and the cats and dogs are so cute! It can be said to be the perfect B&B at this price! A small suggestion is to get some hooks in the bathroom. It will be more convenient to hang clothes when taking a shower.

The facilities are relatively complete and the service is okay. We checked in early and stored our luggage. The overall hygiene is good. The back of the tatami is a bit dirty. The rest is good but the sound insulation is very poor. It is mainly facing the street. There are no closed windows inside. The location is good.

The location of the general bar is relatively close to Jianguo Road, but the reserved room is not fully booked. There is a toilet right at the door without any cover! The bed is a tatami and there is a small table next to the floor-to-ceiling window, but it is very noisy near the roadside. I don't know why there is a loud sound of water running in the room during the day.
