停車場較遠，房屋陳舊，沒有暖氣，開車自駕的親們稍微留意下。這間公寓面積夠大，對細節比較在意的親們，慎重。不知道是不是漢中這座城市定位的問題？這邊感覺不到民宿的專業氛圍，有點像自家住宅臨時改的，有客人換一套客用被罩，沒有有客人就自住。主要是細節上太不講究，我拍了些照片，可以供大家參考。管道異味、吹風機變形還快斷了、客廳牆皮比較敷衍&很多細節…還有這家店的待客之道可能也需要注意下：北方很冷，我們到的時候已經天黑了，發現很多窗户都是開着的，冷死了，全屋空調開到最高檔都不好使。今天早上，我們才發現客廳窗簾外面還有一個陽台：兩者很多床單被罩，窗户打開…本來就沒有暖氣的屋子，通風也不能這樣啊，太不友好了！PS：客廳的廁所即使洗個腳也會玩命往外流水，蔓延到外面…入住體驗一直在往下走（客廳窗户，早上我發現後才關上的）真有點鬱悶啊

房間佈置的很温馨，很乾凈，家裡人都很喜歡，屋子裡有香香的味道，很好聞。房東也很好，很耐心，給推薦的熱麪皮很好吃

小區沒有停車的地方，停在外面要單獨收費，一天15。
房間很新，床品很乾凈，小區很迷你，但是遛狗還可以。出門不遠有菜市場可以買早餐，附近有很多麪皮米皮店，很方便，走路可以去博物館，夜市。

房間在一個安靜的小區，進出門和停車都很方便，走路1公里到江邊公園。房間是高質量的民宿，像自己家一樣，該有的設施設備都有了，非常高檔、舒適。父母住的很滿意。

這套民宿是這一趟旅程下來住過的五套民宿中最滿意的。首先位置很好，去濱江公園和老城區都很近，步行均可到達，其次房間佈置很温馨，能看出房主是用了心的，也很乾凈。再者小區環境不錯，晚上很安靜！停車場就在小區門口，收費十五塊也可以接受。非常推薦！

房間很乾凈，舒服温馨，有洗衣機可以用，廚房用品齊全，帶着胰島素正愁怎麼存放呢，就看見配備的小冰箱，床鋪睡着很舒服，最重要的是寵物友好，推薦推薦

旅遊住3天真實體驗
優點
1.位置很好，晚上出門500m有夜市，離江邊很近，一腳油就能吹江風，周邊還有古漢台，天漢樓，旅遊住這個很方便
2.設備很全，除了基礎東西還有洗衣機，微波爐，冰箱什麼的。有投影，房子佈局合理，也很温馨好看
3.樓層很高採光很好，風景也不錯但是，晚上如果颳風高樓層風聲會有點吵。
4好停車，樓下就有停車場，但是收費的！小區綠化還可以環境不錯。
缺點:
1，衞生間門受潮不是很好關。聲音會比較大
2.一共3間房子，左手邊的兩間沒有獨衞，且比較小，左手靠衞生間的房子，建議住兩個女生，或者單人住，個子大的男生住會很擠。
總體體驗不錯，下次來漢中可以體驗他們家其他房子。對了，我們有自己注意衞生，所以不存在什麼垃圾費這種不合理收費，大家可以放心住。
