Hotels in Hanzhong Railway Station/Xinghan Scenic Spot, Hanzhong

The staff were super helpful. Can't really compliment the cleaning though. The room was supposed to be cleaned everyday but the floor and the sink were both dirty when I returned at the end of each day. The sink stopper was really weird and it was clearly visible that it was filthy. The location was great, right opposite the high speed rail station but it gets extremely noisy in the late afternoon and evening with blasting music and dancing 'aunties'.

It's right next to the attraction, very convenient. The double-petaled cherry blossoms on both sides of the road were in full bloom, very beautiful. Upon check-in, the staff member Xiao Zhao was very attentive and welcoming, helping us arrange our classic tickets. The room was antique-style, with a small balcony, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the quality was quite good. It was supposed to close at 9:30, but we were late and called to ask them to wait, and they waited for us until we arrived, without rushing us during the meal.

I was in such a rush when checking out that I left my toiletries behind and didn't even realize it. Thankfully, the front desk staff carefully checked the room, found them, and proactively called to inform me. By then, I was already at the high-speed rail station, and my train was about to depart, so I didn't have time to go back and pick them up. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even brought them to the high-speed rail station for me, which was truly touching. The service was very warm and welcoming, the hotel facilities were complete, and there was free parking and a laundry room. My stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel environment is clean and cozy. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is in a great location, just a ten-minute walk from Hanzhong Station. We arrived at night and discovered the many night market stalls downstairs, making life so convenient. The front desk lady even upgraded our room to accommodate our family on the same floor! The service was impeccable! The room had a great view and a spacious, spacious room. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable! I'll definitely stay at Orange Crystal again next time I visit Hanzhong!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right outside Hanzhong High-Speed ​​Railway Station, very convenient. The lobby itself is also quite impressive and grand. The room design is decent, and the service is good; the staff are all smiling and patient. There are some drawbacks: one side of the hotel has a construction site that started work at 12:40 AM (after the hotel's intervention, the construction stopped that day, and we were finally able to sleep at 2 AM), while the other side has many air conditioning units and a highway, so it wasn't exactly quiet either. Therefore, guests with particularly high requirements for room quiet should choose this hotel carefully.

There's a morning market just a 2-minute walk away. The hot rice noodles I had right outside the hotel tasted even better than those from specialized shops. Next to the rice noodle stall, the jianbing with vegetables was huge and delicious; I regretted not buying more on my way. The hotel staff, from the front desk to all service personnel, were very kind and thoughtful. I really liked it. The hotel was clean, and the king-size bed was exceptionally comfortable. I loved it. There was a small night market street downstairs in the evening, but I was too tired to go explore. However, I didn't hear any noise from it. The front desk staff here are exceptionally polite. Before I even figured out where I was parking, someone came from the back door to help me find a charging spot. When I was leaving and going through the back door to load my things, the front desk staff immediately came over to ask if I had a parking ticket. This kind of attitude is what I consider the norm for hotels. The room facilities are impeccable; the only ones who could find fault are probably wealthy young men.

Come to Hanzhong Longtou Mountain to play, the Xi'an Hotel is very new, very close to the high-speed rail station. It will be there after a while and the location is very good. It is a few hundred meters to go to Qianjin Road Night Market. There are two problems, and the hotel will be better. One is that a water retainer can be added to the toilet glass door hinge to avoid water rushing out. The second is the 908 room we live in. The socket next to the mirror has no electricity. It may need to be repaired. I don't know if there is this problem in other rooms, you can check it out as a whole.

I stayed in Hanzhong for six days. This is the hotel with the best service. The room is not very big but the overall service is great value. I recommend everyone to try it, especially the early check-in, late check-out and luggage storage. Both of these points are highly recommended. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and considerate. It is a very satisfying stay experience. I wish the boss a prosperous business!
