The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room had no strange odors. Even with snow outside, the heating inside was excellent. It's just across the road from Wanda Plaza, so transportation is very convenient. Plus, all food deliveries are brought right to your door by robots!

Very well located, close to famous tourist spots and within walking distance. If you’re flying, you can easily take the airport shuttle bus—just buy a ticket and hop on, as the stop is right across from the hotel. When leaving, there’s also a direct bus to the airport available. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and tidy, with comprehensive amenities. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the hot water was great. I really liked it! There were plenty of hangers, enough to hang all the family's down jackets and other clothes. The TV had a good selection of channels.

Breakfast was quite rich, with fruit, dairy products, pastries, and both hot and cold dishes available.

Right across the street is Sunac Mall, so finding food is a breeze. The dry and wet separation in the bathroom is definitely a big plus. The breakfast selection is decent, and the stir-fried dishes are quite tasty. Plus, the menu changes daily! The staff are all very polite and provide great service. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely be staying here again.

I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
