Atour properties in Harbin

The location is excellent, right on Shangzhi Street, just a hundred meters from Central Avenue. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The showerhead was the best I've experienced in a hotel recently – really comfortable! The service was very warm and friendly, and there was a generous supply of bottled water. Breakfast was also quite rich. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. I'd suggest varying some of the items daily.

The front desk staff, Qiao Yuan and Jing Qi, provided excellent service. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the young lady who checked me in even offered me tea. It was a very comfortable stay, and I'll definitely be a frequent guest next time.

it locate far from metro but easy to find Didi. room is very clean and also provide free porridge, laundry room. whic is great for long trip. it cost also very reasonable.  heat water is super super fast, i mean it hot within 2 sec!!!! trust me!. however for my lack of experience, i try to make my room have some cool air (26 degree) but it seem cant and i dont know how to adjust it 😅 so my night is quite hot. but most experience is great

My stay here was exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff were composed and polite, and check-in was swift and efficient. The room was impeccably clean, with no dust even in the corners. The bedding was fluffy and fresh, and lying down instantly relieved my fatigue. The hot water came on quickly and maintained a stable temperature, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. What really stood out was how thoughtful the staff were; they proactively offered many practical tips for local travel and dining. The facilities were well-maintained, with nothing feeling old or out of order. The location was convenient for getting around, with plenty of options nearby. You can really tell the owners put a lot of care into running this place, rather than just going through the motions. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or just need a short break. The overall value for money far surpasses many hotels in the same price range. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

Five out of five stars for this Atour S Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The front desk staff proactively offered hot tea, and check-in was very efficient. They even thoughtfully provided information on nearby attractions. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean throughout. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The smart 'Xiao Du' system controlled the lights and air conditioning, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of good quality. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, freshly cooked noodles, and fresh fruit. What truly impressed me was the heartwarming late-night congee – it was incredibly comforting after a long journey. The self-service laundry room with a dryer was a huge plus; my clean clothes were even delivered directly to my room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant, and the lobby's book bar had a fantastic ambiance. The staff were polite and respectful throughout, never being overly intrusive. Atour is my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it to all fellow travelers!

My King Room stay was a fantastic surprise! The mattress had just the right firmness; I slept through the night without any back pain. The duvet cover and sheets were so clean they had a faint, fresh scent. Even leaning against the headboard to binge-watch shows before bed was super comfortable. I'll definitely pick this room again next time! The attention to hygiene was impeccable, right down to offering two different pillow heights. I woke up feeling completely refreshed and energized. Absolutely amazing value for money! The lady at the front desk, who was a bit taller and pleasantly plump, provided truly excellent service!

Great! The front desk service was excellent, and they even provided a parking space. They also gave us complimentary breakfast for three people, which was a delicious buffet with a good variety of options. I'd definitely choose Atour again when traveling.

Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too! Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

The hotel facilities are excellent. The Zhuju (Bamboo Dwelling)书吧 (book bar) is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The gym is well-equipped for a quick workout after a long journey. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options, including Northeastern specialties, hot congee, and pastries, all tasting delicious. The overall minimalist and refreshing decor felt clean and sophisticated. It's a rare peaceful haven in a bustling city. If you're visiting Harbin, look no further! The service was outstanding! The location is right by Central Street, making for a truly wonderful trip.

I brought my parents to Harbin and we chose this hotel for our first and last nights, with a road trip to Yichun in between, haha. The main reason for picking this hotel was its excellent location. However, to my surprise, they don't have their own parking lot, which I guess is understandable given the prime location, but it was a bit inconvenient. The hotel reception is on the third floor, and the guest rooms are even higher up. For our last night, I booked the Courtyard Family Room because it was the only one available that met our needs at the time. I didn't realize until check-in that 'courtyard' simply meant a large enclosed balcony. The sofa bed was also there. The biggest issue was that this room had a strange odor that lingered until the next morning, and opening the window didn't help much. Another thing was that the room's Wi-Fi was spotty on the balcony, and it wasn't very soundproof – it's right above Central Street. On the bright side, the pillows were comfortable, and we were quite tired from our drive, so we still managed to get decent sleep. But honestly, the location here is fantastic. It's close to so many places; the cathedral is about a 20-minute walk, and the Songhua River is just over ten minutes away.
