It is not your usual 5-star or other hotel. It's more like a homestay or service apartment type of setting. We stayed for five days and four nights. I adore the rustic Russian atmosphere. The housekeeper and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Despite the linguistic limitations, we were able to converse via Google Translation. The housekeeping section can be enhanced; it is more than just replacing toiletries and water and emptying the garbage. They must vacuum, mop, clean the toilet with a lot of hair, and make our bed. No cleaning was done for the next 5 days. It would be fantastic if they could improve on this. Aside from that, everything is OK. Yours Truthfully RudCt 🇸🇬

I'm happy I've found this cozy hotel in Harbin. I travel there often so I know where I'm going to stay next time. The service is very warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is magical! I didn't take pictures but trust me it looks exactly as it is shown on the app 👍.

工作人員很熱心，幫忙安排了停車位，還幫忙抬了裝滿巨重的行李箱到二樓。房間內有恆温水壺、小童床上用品、小童拖鞋洗漱用品。很貼心準備了一次性的浴缸套和馬桶墊。很温馨漂亮的一個房間，小朋友非常喜歡賽車床。朋友來哈爾濱的時候會推薦給他們！

✅酒店地理位置還不錯，出門就是2號線，離三姓街早市5分鐘路程，出門就是大超市。 ✅二樓房間暖氣可以。一樓欠佳。沒有電梯，冬天去的，三大行李箱自己扛上去，退房自己扛下了。 ✅和緊鄰的如家有一個公用門，好像是合作的。早餐要和管家預訂好時間，比如早上幾點下樓吃，他們才會準備。不預訂就沒有早餐了，還有説好幾點就幾點，不能遲到太久，會催。早餐是西式的，我想要碗白粥，沒有。 ✅院子裏，主人家做了個簡易的冰滑梯，小朋友玩得很開心！

1，位置很好，就在煙廠地鐵口邊上，可以從如家商旅酒店進去。去秋林公司，果戈裏大街，松雷都很近，哈爾濱地鐵也不擠。 2，服務很好，會主動幫忙，不論是保潔阿姨還是前台都非常好，特別是佳寧小姐姐，人非常好。 3，房間很大，浴室也很大，很有特色，俄式風格還是不錯的，性價比算是不錯。 4，附近有建築在裝修，不過晚上並不影響。而且是在院子裏，不臨街，晚上很安靜 5，地鐵口就有吃的，烤冷麪雞蛋灌餅涼皮啥的，味道還不錯 6，離三姓街早市很近，走路幾百米，這裏的早市基本都是當地人，還是挺好逛的吃個早餐也沒問題，有一家豆腐腦還挺多人。 7，離花園街也近，有幾家吃的也不錯，涮串、齊齊哈爾烤肉啥的，不一定非去那個網紅店擠。會推薦給朋友的

這一次的入住提前我必須要給好好發一個入住評論，體驗確實過於好了，俄公館裏面有一個自己獨立的院子，車可以停在院子裏，我定的泡澡的房間，車停下就是房間，有點住別墅的感覺。房間裝修很俄式，叫（聖彼得堡）很不錯，這個房間的挑高很高，所以在裏面感覺很高級，雖然爾濱那麼冷，但是他們的設計真的很好，有2扇門，這樣就完全把外面的冷隔離了起來，為房東的細心點贊👍 泡澡和桑拿的地方真的很驚艷！浴池沖澡🚿在旁邊也不會影響，先把桑拿房打開開關，先泡澡在蒸，相當於私湯了，在池子裏想事情絕絕子，喝多事情就可以想明白了。早晨的早餐在打開門右手邊，能加早餐的儘量加早餐，挺絕的，都是俄羅斯式的早點，吃完去工作，回來就泡澡，這次爾濱的出差，房間非常滿意，工作人員會加你微信和你實時溝通，好就是好，下次來爾濱還來這裏，祝願生意長虹，一如既往保持下去！
