Our group had a mixed experience during our stay. Unfortunately, the check-in staff were rude, which left a negative first impression. However, we really appreciated the restaurant food—special thanks to the chef for the delicious meals! Breakfast was acceptable as well. The only downside was the location, which is quite far from Sophia Church. Thank you for your service.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Here are my experiences with the hotel :
Location - Away from tourist attractions. Distance to airport is 30 mins. Wanda Plaza mall is 14 mins ride from the hotel.
Service - Hotel staff are friendly.
Housekeeping - I am disappointed with housekeeping service. The coffee cup in my room was not washed for 3 days. The sheets were not tidied . I feel they cleaned the rooms in a hurry.
Breakfast- Simple, not many choices. Staffs were slow to replenish the dishes that were running low .
It was a very nice gesture by the hotel to give free minibar, laundry service, and afternoon snacks for the guests.

The BEST hotel so far in our second China visit. The staffs are excellent and specially Ms. Rachel at the front desk just superb. She helped us to book the museums and guided us with passion. Their attention to quality is commendable. We will definitely revisit and stay at this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights here, room super nice and pretty bathtub with awesome hot water. Front desk Ms. Yuan Ye was very helpful on giving me suggestion route to tourist point. Easy get taxi just side of hotel road.

Pretty nice room and amenities. There is a restaurant, a small work out room (no weights) and a free laundry room. Location is pretty decent close to the high speed rail Harbin West Station and right in front of a metro stop. Like with most Chinese hotels, the surfaces and floors are not clean but the bed and towels are clean.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Although this hotel is about 45minutes from the main tourist attractions eg Zhongyang Street, it is located right next to the metro Chengxiang Station. So you don’t have to walk in the cold for very long. The hotel is new and the interior design is contemporary and practical both in the general area and the room. The staffs are friendly and approachable. Can feel the hotel customer centric quality. I like to mention Xiao Zhou who is very helpful and attentive - more than exceeded my expectation!
The room is big with a large tv, automatic toilet bowl, convenient switches, quality appliances etc
Very comfortable bed that is not hard nor saggy for a good night rest.
The Hotel does not have many rooms but this is good for customers since you don’t have to share the amenities with too many people eg the dining room for breakfast always has a decent number of patrons - no overcrowding that is so common in hotel in China.
Yes, I will book this hotel again should I come to Harbin in the near future.
