設施齊全，衞生乾淨，距離地鐵口100米，非常方便，距索菲亞教堂步行12分鐘，哈爾濱站步行10分鐘，中央大街步行10分鐘，最主要的是房東大姐人好，很熱心，非常推薦🤗🤗

房間床單被罩看起來挺乾淨的，小院很温馨，有家的感覺，老闆還提供了一次性的毛巾浴巾，服務很周到。民宿離中央大街索菲亞教堂都挺近的，可步行到達。就是民宿後邊大晚上都在施工，凌晨兩三點都吵的不行，一晚上沒睡好。

房間乾淨舒適，位置優越，出門就是地鐵口，離哪裡都近，中央大街，索菲亞教堂步行都可以到達，老闆熱情周到，非常愉快的哈爾濱之行！

1.乾淨，衞生，冷熱均勻。其次，床墊非常舒服。2.老闆也很熱情。3.住這裏的最大好處是去索菲亞教堂走路幾分鐘，去中央大街走路10分鐘（千萬不要去坐地鐵，進地鐵站，坐一站，再出地鐵站估計都十來分鐘了）走過去一路還可以看看哈爾濱市中心的景色。4.這個店離地鐵2號線的出入口走路真的衹需要2-3分鐘，直接可到太陽島，冰雪大世界。非常方便。5.雖然是一樓，但是挺安靜的。
