I wouldn't say it is easy to find since there isn't any sign of the hotel. I was sent there with didi and couldn't find any and went inside hotel there and found the place at level 20. I think they manage level 20 only. The room was clean and service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Location just across wanda shopping mall, huge mall with a lot of foods at basement level.
Best if they could have better sign outside, it would be easier for people to find the place in the cold weather.
I would recommend to stay here though, cozy room and great service.
24 hours convenience store just below the hotel and food street just beside.

Location is just great. Just a 10min walk to the Harbin West Station and right opposite the main road are the shopping malls and restaurants. Room was comfortable and creatively designed. The receptionist upgraded us to a bigger room with projector.

very good customer service from the reception. They gave good advice, e.g, the correct app used on how to book the beijing attractions for foreigner . Feel comfort to stay there . Subway or MRT is 200m and alot of food and shopping center below the hotel.

The Qingcheng hotel chain is very good. I had a great experience staying in both hotels. Both the service and the environment are excellent. The rooms have night views of the sky and are economical. The hotel opened last year and is a newcomer in the industry. The sanitation is also in place. The beds are clean and tidy, and there is no dirt in the bathroom. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The room didn't look cleaned at all, the sheets were never changed, the bed was full of bugs and crumbs, and there was urine stains on the toilet. There was no light on the ceiling, the smoke alarm was half off and they said it was to make it more sensitive to smoke😓
The attitude of the front desk was very bad, as if they owed him money, with a sullen face.
We asked someone to send two pillows but they said no, and asked us to use bath towels as pads? !
The good reviews were all from trolls, and they said the opposite of the reality😂
I don't know how Ctrip has such garbage, I hope Ctrip can filter it out more!
