房東大哥人太好了，讓我們提前入住，最後一天看我們飛機比較晚，主動告知沒有客户再入住了，讓我們安心放行李，還介紹吃的玩的給我們，看得出才很愛家鄉，感動哭了。爾濱人都這麼好嗎，就這樣爾濱還要什麼文旅啊，爾濱人就是最好的自來水，去過東北幾個城市，爾濱讓我想再來的慾望特別強！
房子情況更不用説了，實物與圖片絕對一致，房東大哥真的很愛生活，審美也好，房間有很多小巧思，住了之後都不想出去玩了，就想把這兒當自己家玩。如果有機會旅居，真的很想再住這兒。祝房東大哥一家身體健康，萬事如意！

圖片我就不上傳了，跟其他客人的照片完全相符。住的很舒服，衞生很乾凈，小區也不錯。單人小床有點小，胖一點，高一點的大人住有點難受，孩子和青少年住沒問題。總之這趟哈爾濱之行，住的方面很滿意，謝謝房東！！

房間和圖片一模一樣，其精美和衞生程度讓一家人都歎為觀止。我們特別喜歡雙衞的設計，一個是淋浴，一個是盆浴，甚至一家人可以同時洗澡，熱水器也能供得上，不用等熱水。小孩子特別喜歡客廳的大富翁遊戲和足球遊戲，一回家就玩得不亦樂乎。出行也十分便利，步行幾百米有公交，900米有地鐵，在停車困難的情況下我們選擇綠色出行。最後，由於行程改變我們選擇提前一天離店，房東也非常通情達理。特別愉快的一次旅行，讓家人印象深刻，感謝房東的精心和暖心，讓我們感受到了哈爾濱的人間煙火氣。

這家民宿真的是讓人眼前一亮，驚喜不斷。民宿的地理位置很方便，十來分鐘就可以步行到三姓街早市。周邊飯館超市都可以步行到達。最主要的是房子乾淨舒適，房東先生非常周到細緻，入住指南把生活所需的細節都一一陳述。從家裡軟裝的小細節能看出來房東是個熱愛生活的人！我們都説以後有機會再來哈爾濱，過年就不走了！在這兒好好過個熱鬧年！！

房屋佈置非常用心，細節很好。各種設施配套齊全，有洗衣機和烘乾機，還有廚具，非常合適家庭入住。房屋位於城區中心地帶，出行非常便利。去三姓街早市很近，是體驗東北早市的好地方。周邊有很多當地人去吃飯的店鋪，包括燒烤。下次來哈爾濱還會選擇這裏住，也會推薦給朋友們。

住過一些民宿，感覺哈爾濱這個民宿感受最好，乾淨衞生，屋裡小細節滿滿，孩子無聊了還玩兒了幾回鋼琴，一家五口住舒適度很高，洗澡的話熱水也很好，房東還給推薦了周圍的早市，出門坐地鐵也可以，走路需要十多分鐘就可以到地鐵站煙廠這一站，一開始出去都打車打車費用還是有點高 坐地鐵方便還便宜。最喜歡這個房間禁煙，沒有煙味兒，適合帶孩子親子出門，照片都是手機原相機拍的 很漂亮

絕對超值的民宿，生活設施一應俱全。房東很有生活品位。我爸爸反覆誇這才是生活。樓下有好幾個小超市，有很多飯店，口味都不錯，從小區大門出去過路就是三姓早市，不是網紅地很推薦。
