Great hotel in songbei area. Very near to snow ice festival. Staff are warm and welcoming. Best of all room come with all the necessities. Though location is abit far from city but this is the best hotel I stayed in Harbin out of the other 3 hotels I’m staying. Definitely will come again. Thank you to all the staff here

The hotel room is very nice and they had good service. Although the location is quite far, they do provide shuttle bus service to the scenic places.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

酒店顾客服务很好，员工有礼貌，they are very helpful & prompt to action. Whenever we asked for fresh fruit or toiletries refill, they responsed quickly & politely. They also provided daily 1x free shuttle service to the nearest train station, which we find this very helpful.
The room is spacious & clean, facility is new (no chemical odour). We are allowed to upgrade our room with rmb1. The room is equipped with smart curtain control & heated toilet seat, I personally like the towel for their fluffiness.
Overall the hotel is beyond expectation, the only fallback that the hotel is located slightly far from tourist spot, however the good side is we get a calm rest at night & it is close to the train station (大耿家)。

The price/performance ratio of this hotel and the environment and facilities are really good. The rooms are spacious and large, and the intelligent design is pretty good. The lobby and restaurant are very classy. It is indeed comparable to star-rated hotels and even better than ordinary four-star hotels. The only drawback is that the surrounding area is relatively remote. This location is more like being close to an industrial area. If you come here for business, you can really stay here
