When I checked into the hotel, there was a driver to pick me up at the subway entrance. The driver was very nice. He got off the car to greet me, greeted me with a smile, helped me with the luggage, and reminded the children to pay attention when getting on and off the car, which made us feel very warm. Every day, the driver took me to the subway station. Although the hotel was a little far away, it was really worth staying. Not only the driver, but also all the service staff of the hotel were very kind. There was a beautiful lady at the front desk. She looked smiling and spoke softly, which made people feel very comfortable. There was also a tall and handsome guy with glasses at the front desk. We were going to take the bus to Harbin Institute of Technology. This handsome guy was afraid that we couldn’t find it, so he took us to the station in person. Not only the service, but also the comfort of the room was full, which was satisfactory for me who had germaphobia. The room is very spacious, the bed is moderately hard and soft, and the sheets are clean and soft, making people sleep peacefully. The bathroom is also equipped with a smart toilet, which is a great experience. And there is a fruit plate every day. The quality of the complimentary breakfast is also good, with many styles and good taste. Originally planned to go to the Ice and Snow World, stay in this hotel for two days, and go to a hotel near the train station on the third day, but the children liked this hotel and didn't want to change hotels, so we refunded the original reservation and stayed for another day. I spent nine days in Harbin during the Chinese New Year. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in! ! I don't give good reviews easily. The two biggest highlights are that the room facilities are very complete and intelligent, and the service staff is super enthusiastic, comparable to Haidilao's service. Finally, there is a small shortcoming, that is, there is no refrigerator in the suite, but it is already very, very good, and I will stay here again next time.
