Haerbin ECHARM PLUS Hotel（(Sofia Church Branch on Central Street)）

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, their service is excellent and I love how they refill the fruit plate everyday. The drinks in the minibar are all free and they refill it everyday. The bed is very comfy and the water pressure of the shower head is very good. They also provide diffuser as the air is very dry here. The breakfast is very delicious and there's a variety of selection. The best part is the location. Its near the famous walking street (中央大街）and a lot of tourist attraction. There's also tons of restaurants near the hotel. Definately will stay here again if I visit Harbin again in the future.

Rooms are clean. Location not bad, close to Zhong Yang Da Jie. Walkable distance to the morning market. Small supermarkets beside and across the road. Breakfast limited choices, but still acceptable.

Great buffet breakfast with variety, location near 中央大街, staff very helpful, passionate and will suggest famous local locations or transport when asked(小麦and欣萍). Hotel room was clean. Recommend to stay here.

I would like to recommend this hotel to Tourism This is wonderful place in both location and serviceces, especially the receptionist “Mai” She always helps me a lot the most important thing is she can speak English, and all the people in the hotel stan by for help as well. The hotel is very convenient, new ,clean and close to Main Road, I can walk through Zhongyang Street, Church etc. Next year I’ ll go back for sure! It's very good memories

Pros: The location is good and near the central street. The staff standing at hotel lobby are cheerful and polite although they are not much experiences to handle oversea customer. The hotel breakfast is nice and many variety. Cons: The hotel counter staff(cant remember her name) need to be trained as she throw our passport on the table top after recorded our particular and dull face all the way which we really feel unrespected. we stayed there for 4 nights, 1st night we find out the room a bit dusty, so next day morning I have highlighted to the counter staff my room need to vacumn thoroughly, but night time we came back still the same.
