The location is good near Zhong Yang walking street in Harbin . You can walk around for enjoy the atmosphere at night . The hotel is in Russian style and well decorated . The room has good facilities and good technology. The breakfast room is very beautiful and variety lines of food. We stay with the promotion of free tea set and gift . It’s very impressive!

Lizzy is very nice hotel, their services are top notch. Ms 张岩 front desk and the concierge manager are very friendly and helpful to fulfill all your requests and more than required. Thanks to both of them who made my stay memorable. Best hotel and services in all my China stays. Will definitely come back when in Harbin. High tea and breakfast are delicious.

Lizzy Hotel is awesome. It’s the most unique & beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. ALL the service and reception staff are so helpful & kind. The location is fantastic, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It’s a no brainer, just stay here!

Excellent location near the central street. Rooms are well appointed. Special thanks to to Yueyue and Yanyan from reception assisting us with navigating through Chinese apps and helping us order supper in the middle of the night!

Very nice hotel and facilities. The style is very nice. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast has a very huge variety of foods for both the western palate and asian palate. Also has a good varierty of specialties from tje chinese north east. Docking a few points from amenities since a coffee machine was said to be included in our room but there was none. Only the nespresso pods...

Excellent hotel from every point of view...service, location, rooms and facilities are top notch. We have been welcomed with gifts and my room was upgraded to a Luxury one free of chargre. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get the best experience possible from a trip to Harbin.

Excellent location, a stone throw away from Zhong Yang Street, the main city center street. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is super.

You think you book at Ritz, but you get a substandard hotel. Staff did not speak basic English.
