房間很乾凈，而且特別安靜，樓下也比較便利，前台小姐姐也很好，打電話想留個高樓層，給我留個最高的，第二天由於個人原因想晚會走，多休息一會，在這個旅遊旺季的哈爾濱前台小姐姐還能給我延長了退房時間，太感謝了！

交通位置停便利，車位靠搶，離紅門御宴德雲社步行900多米，酒店乾淨衞生，智能馬桶，酒店前台也很熱情，好評！

因為是2025年新開的酒店，所以整體衞生和設施還算不錯，但一涉及具體細節就暴露出太多問題了，比如客房給大堂打電話居然沒人接，導致想問的啥都得下樓去前台問，還有洗衣房能不能在電梯按鍵上做個標識，再有打掃房間不應該看客房門口的指示燈麼，一大早按了立即打掃的燈，結果下午回來居然還要等大姐現打掃，因為是現打掃也就現場觀摩了一下打掃的全部過程，客房大姐在打掃過程中直接收拾完垃圾袋，沒采取任何衞生操作直接就把新的浴巾、毛巾用剛剛收拾完垃圾戴着手套放在了洗手枱下，這也就意味着垃圾和毛巾、浴巾一樣的地位，希望以後能提高下服務標準！

房間非常乾淨整潔，氣味清新，床品尤其舒服，服務非常到位，禮貌温和，有求必應，位置也特別好，繁華地帶，出行方便，温度也特別好，暖和得很，而且住的是家庭房的套間，兩張1米8的大床，床墊特別舒服，而且特別乾淨

賓館是今年新開業的，環境很好，屋內設施都很新，最驚喜的是配了徠芬的吹風機，對於長頭髮的女生來説太友好了。房間也很乾凈，床品都很新，而且乳膠枕超級舒服。衞生間是乾濕分離的，配了智能馬桶，用起來很方便。服務也很好，讓前台幫忙推薦一些好吃的飯店，也都很熱情的幫忙推薦。位置也很好，離巴洛克和草市街都很近，很方便逛吃。總之，在爾濱玩的很開心，明年來住這家！
