I've stayed in so many Ctrip hotels, but this is the first time I give a bad review. First of all, this hotel is not an independent one. There are several hotels in this building. The elevator broke down when I just checked in, and I had to take the elevator of another hotel to go in and out. Secondly, the sound insulation is poor, and the sounds of people walking in the corridor and from the next room can be heard clearly. Secondly, there are renovation sounds in this hotel starting at 8am every day and lasting all day long. We can't get a break at noon and even the most basic sleep is not guaranteed. It's a rip-off. Avoid this hotel.

服務：入住當天上午接到了問候電話 不論是經過前台還是公區 前台員工和客房大姐都很有禮貌 員工培訓做的不錯👍還送了伴手禮 之前在洛陽開封等地住的酒店也有伴手禮 但都比較糊弄人😂所以剛收到的時候沒當回事 進房間後打開看真的很驚喜 有糖果冰箱貼耳塞護手霜 很加分👍
設施：房間內的裝飾風格挺好 很簡約乾淨 最讓我驚喜的還是洗手枱、牀頭櫃角的這個軟貼 很考慮細節 提供加濕器 智能馬桶 而且衞生間內還有一次性馬桶墊 考慮的很周到👍
環境：附近就是商業區 吃飯購物很方便 也有學校 來考試的話選擇這裏真的很近 （早餐在23樓 某楓的餐廳 菜品可以

是在一個大樓裏面租了幾個房間臨時搭建的，並不是真正的酒店。員工一共有3個人，電梯也是壞的，指示的樓層與實際不符，顯示的是7層，實際上是5層。也沒有餐廳，沒有健身房等。房間比較大，衞生不錯，沒有煙味。但是太熱了，又特別幹，衹能開窗通風，又會特別冷。房間裏沒有冰箱。
