今年新裝修的酒店，乾淨衞生，前台小妹看到我們一家三口，免費給我們升級了家庭房，非常感謝，下次還會來。

整體感覺一般！首先説下入住當天房間沒打掃，還有煙頭，地上還有鞋印，床品沒有更換新的。後來協商調整客房，到屋沒一次性拖鞋和洗漱用品都沒有，還得自己下樓去取。第二，早餐送到客房。這點可以點贊，但時間長，到了都是涼的食物。第三，因二樓放了個桌球桌，晚上快10點還有打桌球的！影響我們休息！希望酒店改善

哈爾濱玫瑰莊園酒店的服務令人印象深刻！從抵達時的熱毛巾到旅遊攻略推薦，每個細節都充滿温度。房間寬敞明亮，床墊軟硬適中，衞浴設施先進，健身房、桌球、乒乓球、羽毛球一應俱全，尤其是日式房間的石墨烯榻榻米加熱墊讓寒冬的夜晚格外温暖。早餐的東北特色美食和鐵鍋燉讓人回味無窮，户外還有雪滑梯和馬拉爬犁，雪地足球、雪地騎馬完美結合了哈爾濱的冰火魅力。酒店提供的班車半個小時就到達中央大街，到機場也很便利。無論是服務、設施還是性價比，都堪稱完美，強烈推薦給來哈旅遊的朋友！

出行時路過，沒想到環境這麼好，地理位置雖然偏遠，但是可以接受，賓館有健身房還有桌球廳，還可以給我的電車充電，真是出行旅遊的好去處，前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，有時間還會再來入住
