Stay with Starway Harbin Railway Station Hotel was amazing. Just minutes walk to Airport Bus Stop & Harbin Railway Metro Station. 10 minutes walk to Halal restaurant. Got a room facing the Harbin Railway Station which beautiful during morning time seeing the trains and the sun set down. I would love to come to stay in this hotel again if I ever come to Harbin again after this.

Convenient location which is near to Harbin railway station and just opposite the Metro station entrance. It's also within walkable distance to the airport shuttle bus station. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. The hotel provides free luggage storage and self service laundry.

Excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and responsive. If you need any amenities, just a quick call to recept and they send it your way using the cute robot. Metro (exit 3 of Harbin Railway Metro Station) just at doorstep. Convenience store downstairs and a few food eateries just outside hotel. Super convenient. Highspeed train station just opposite.

Love the location and cleanliness.
Rooms are new but although smoking was prohibited there was some odor of cigarettes
Perfect bed. and linen
Wifi was working really weirdly, had to use my mobile internet
Breakfast was a meh
But they serve free coffee all day long👍👍👍

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Metro Line 2, and you can get there easily. The room is clean and tidy, without any odor. The room is cleaned promptly. Tingting at the front desk is very enthusiastic. It is a pleasant surprise to find such a warm hotel in such a cold place like Harbin. I will come again if I have the chance!

First of all, let me talk about the female manager at the hotel front desk. She is really not good and her service attitude is really bad. She had an argument with the delivery man when checking in, and the next day the gentleman manager was very nice. There was nothing to eat in the restaurant and it was terrible. Stayed for 2 nights for more than 2,000 yuan. It's really not worth the price.
Hygiene: 2 places like this just after entering the house
Facilities: Don't give us towels if they are like this. The bedding is not pure cotton, but nylon? It's not comfortable at all and the kids are allergic to it.
Service: No toothbrush was provided on the second day of check-in, only 2 pairs of slippers were given, the room was not cleaned, only the trash can under the TV was emptied, and the bag of trash next to the trash can was not thrown away, and the bed was not made
