為了陶喆演唱會蘇州人第一次來哈爾濱，房間乾淨亮堂，前台小哥幫升了房，小姐姐幫我們抬行李，房門沒關緊要查監控也很快告訴我們結果了。白天出門保潔阿姨把我們紙和牙刷用具都備齊全了。離地鐵三號線很近，走去江邊看日落也很快。

非常可愛的酒店，能看出老闆和服務人員的用心！到了酒店和前台溝通好，提前辦理了入住衞生間乾濕分離，乾淨衞生！值得一提的是，衞生紙是密封的，這一點必須五星好評！

對於服務還是非常非常滿意的畢竟前台小哥和小姐姐都是熱情招待無所不能無微不至的去滿足我們每一個訴求體現了東北人的大氣出現了問題也是得到有效解決酒店的位置還挺好的去哪裡都比較方便無論是公交還是地鐵走路去松花江邊也是非常愜意和快速吃的也很好早餐比較全面有水果碗碟都是用潔潔靈使勁兒刷的剛刷完都能聞到潔潔靈的氣息衹是一點需要説這個酒店隔音和隔味不太好東北人説話跟放炮一樣的性格在樓道里琳琳盡顯還有抽煙問題特別嚴重他們在自己屋子裡抽煙但是可以順着廁所排風跑進來還有在餐廳有抽煙的但是無人制止對於我這種一點煙味聞不了的這點很遭罪可能大家早就習以為常了但是對於酒店沒得挑又不是酒店的問題是顧客素質有待提高也是拿酒店當成了自己家説明酒店也是真心舒服顧客賓至如歸的可以隨性嚷嚷隨意抽煙毫無顧忌開開心心整體非常舒適

入住體驗一般，設施問題較多，僅交通便利加分。下午1點到達時房間還在打掃，浴室剛刷過，魚腥味非常重，噴了大量空氣清新劑並開窗通風很久才勉強散去。更糟的是，廁所門卡住無法完全打開，進出必須先跨進淋浴區，非常不便。洗澡時發現手持花灑歪斜，完全擺不正。水壓大時無法正常使用，衹能依賴頂噴；浴室缺乏置物架，洗漱用品無處擺放，設計很不人性化。第二天晚上回到賓館後，發現床鋪完全沒有整理，被子還是凌亂堆在床上，明顯沒有重新整理。唯一優點是地理位置便利：周邊安靜，步行可達紅磚街早市，打車去中央大街也很方便。但同價位下，房間設施和服務明顯低於預期，僅推薦給對交通要求高、能容忍硬件缺陷的旅客。

附近乾淨整潔，地理位置很好，到紅專街早市和中央大街步行十分鐘就到。有個單獨小院可以停車，自駕來很友好，前台服務熱情，又續住了一宿。

位置離江邊和中央大街都不算太遠，走路還是有點距離的。酒店周邊比較堵車，路口在施工，不好找。酒店有自己停車的小院挺好，房間很乾凈，就是有些緊湊。

真心感謝我的運氣，一個不太熟悉的酒店，偶遇，緣分，太美好了，全屋智能，乾淨舒適，靜音安心，即使對面樓棟在市政改造都不吵，紅專街早市和中央大街都很近可以步行，主要是房間挑不出毛病，對！有一個毛病，那就是不想離開，都不想出去玩了，也不想回來了，就是不想走的那種喜歡，謝謝美好的相遇！祝你們生意興隆！
