酒店是非常有特色的，裝修風格很高級，工作人員態度非常熱情在寒冷的冬天帶來暖意，值得一提的是位置非常優秀，離松花江邊很近，天鵝城堡，中央大街非常近，房間即使臨街的房間也是雙層窗户很安靜且非常温暖，設施很好房間乾淨衞生！值得五星好評！！

非常滿意的一次酒店入住。從酒店位置到內部環境、房間條件再到人員服務都是超預期的好。
位置居中在中央大街、松花江邊索道、紅專街早市，去哪裡都是步行3-5分鐘就能到，玩了兩天全程city walk超級方便！地鐵站也是走2分鐘就到，周邊還有很多名店可逛吃～
房間裏空間很大，佈局合理，衞生也有保障，待的很舒適。唯一有點小遺憾是缺一個全身鏡，哪怕在公區能有一個也好。然後可能因為是老建築，所以隔音會沒有那麼好。但都是小問題，無傷大雅～
因為整個入住最驚喜的就是酒店服務特別貼心，好到完全可以忽略一些小小的不足。從入住會有專人幫忙拿行李直接送到房間，退房也依舊管送行李到車上；每天早上還會有免費的手沖咖啡送到房間，而且不是糊弄的那種，品質很在線。然後入住期間我們有其他需求的時候一個電話響應的也非常及時。 退房時還贈送小禮品等等…在每個細節都做的很好，完全不輸於我之前住的幾千塊的五星級酒店，甚至服務上來説更有温度，體驗感非常好。
來哈爾濱會非常願意推薦朋友來住！下次再來旅遊還會選住這兒噠～

位置堪稱寶藏，步行3分鐘就到地鐵站，周邊商場、美食街一應俱全，出行覓食都超方便。一進大堂就被治癒，簡約大氣的裝修搭配柔和燈光，前台小姐姐笑容超甜，辦理入住3分鐘搞定，還主動遞上熱水和周邊遊玩攻略，細節滿分。

與朋友自駕出行來的話，這家酒店太合適了，酒店有超大也沒話説，有單獨的停車場，停車免費又方便，也不用擔心車沒地方停。走兩步就是中央大街，放行李、休整都很自在，服務和衞生都遠超預期，房間打掃得一塵不染，衞生間也沒有任何異味，潔癖黨表示極度舒適，就是這次沒有看到雪景比較可惜，但是夜晚的中央大街燈光亮起來的時候非常漂亮，希望下次來的時候可以看到雪景。
