該酒店位於松北區世祥路，地理位置佳，交通便利，去大世界，波塞冬水世界，楓葉小鎮都很便利，賓館旁邊吃喝用一應俱全。不足的是賓館設施較為陳舊，一次性馬桶墊沒有，設施維護不到位，早餐一般，樣式不是很全，價格算經濟實惠。如果不追求過高的服務，可以選擇這裏。

酒店衞生特別差，門上都是灰，杯子上也都是灰，是我住過最差的如家商旅，服務態度還不錯，一開始給我了一個一樓的房間特別潮，後來給我換到三樓了，但是房間特別小，沒有窗户也還有點潮，體驗感不好，沒有送餐機器人外賣員可以上樓，感覺很不安全。沒有一次性杯子。有建議卡，但是沒有給筆。

環境裡外都不好，非常不好的體驗，樓上有人在跑動樓下窗户像地震一樣，床也太軟睡的腰生疼，環境各方面都不好，以後出行不會再選擇如家
