The soundproofing is extremely poor. There was a constant sound of chairs being dragged from two o'clock in the afternoon to around one o'clock in the night. The coughing sounds from the opposite door and next door were clearly audible. The check-in experience was extremely poor. The male receptionist at the front desk looked like someone owed him money. His impatience and attitude are terrible
