來哈爾濱玩二天，選擇伯爵酒店，出入中央大街和索菲亞教堂都很便利，房間雖然不大，設施有點陳舊，但是還算乾淨，第一天早餐可以，品種豐富，有現磨咖啡，果斷續住一天，但第二天可能有會務，早餐人多菜品少，大多見底了，咖啡機直接壞了，連豆漿牛奶也放空，其他還好，退房時温馨的送了冰箱貼小禮物

因為老少一起出行，住在一起比較方便，訂的親子房，套間，一張大床房，一張上下鋪，4人住正合適。整體裝修風格是俄式。大廳有香氛，為客人準備了酸梅湯，隨取隨喝。酒店為客人準備了遊玩攻略圖，每個景點圖片下對應相應的攻略卡片，一目瞭然，方便自取，很細緻周到，有特色！客房和樓道間都是厚厚的地毯，很軟很乾凈，樓道里很安靜。服務人員非常熱情，提的要求都會很重視，儘量滿足。房間有迎客的果盤，和酸奶、小零食。空調製冷效果不錯，就是這幾天天氣涼爽用不到。
