Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel (Sofia Church)

Jenny is courteous, kind and helpful. She is also friendly and chatted with us during breakfast. Not only does she served us homemade in-house yogurt, she gave tips on how to travel around Harbin. The best thing was she remembered us from the previous day! It was a very good experience. Room wise: bed was by far the most comfortable we’ve had throughout our whole trip. They provided us with different pillow hardness for us to rotate on. Hotel Amenities: well rounded with free washer and dryer + drying rack to use in the room. Humidifiers are provided in the room which helped with the dry air in Harbin. Hotel staff: very nice, helpful and responsive. Had a choke toilet in one room and they are a call away to fix the issue. Took them just 5 mins to response after the call was made. They even helped to change the room the next day morning when requested. Location: very convenient and easy to take a car. Definitely worth the stay and I recommend this place to others.

Hotel has a nice view of the river / comfortable and clean and spacious within short walk from metro.

I had read delightful reviews on CTRIP and I have to say the Hotel, their facilities and staff have been absolutely amazing. I wouldn't know where to start to say thank you! From the amazing helpfulness of the doorman/security staff Mr Fan /Bo Fan to the genuine and sincere helpfulness of Jenny in the restaurant every morning for breakfast, and to every staff member whose names we cannot always remember but we have been utterly delighted. From free laundry and dying to fresh fruits and corn soup every day to even little touches like complimentary bottled water every day. If every hotel in China had staff and facilities like the Hasburg on Harbin ,then the western hotels would go bust! Thank you to the staff, and management and everyone at the Hasburg. You exceeded our expectations and I have stayed in many five star hotels over the last 25+ years.

Jenny is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast opens until 12pm. The restaurant ambience is very nice & cozy. We are very satisfied with our stay

What a lovely hotel! The staff are so friendly, and there are many special amenities - such as warming pads, eye masks, excellent toiletries. Housekeeping provided fresh fruit and goodies every day. The location across the cable car is so convenient and also a nice walk to the main Russian street and square. Breakfast was also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel in Harbin. As foreigners, we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel but we got excellent international hospitality!! Thank you!

Location! Metro Line3 just cross the road , less than 100m. 5 stars service, super clean. Room cleaner did good job. The porter(Geoff) helped my son take our luggage to the lift of the Metro, very helpful. Facilities are good, my son likes the gym and pool table. The staff(Tina) of third floor introduced the facilities for us when we first got to the floor. Also  she reminded us to wear more if we want to go Ice and Snow World, very friendly. Good breakfast, all staffs are professional. Special recommend-frozen pear if you like iced espresso.
