Near Sophia Church, ZhongYang Street and Cable just 750m from hotel. In breakfast time i personaly thank you Ms Jenny 黄艳华 Manager for very caring us and so friendly as well as bring us the yogurt every morning, also i would like to say thank you to the FB Ms Air 刘金玲 for bring me the box to keep food for my wife. Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

The hotel is great with super convenient location as the popular zhongyang street just 200m away!my room is big,comfortable to stay and with the beautiful songhua view.
The service provided by the hotel staff during our breakfast is super good and heartwarming thanks to 黄艳华 and 刘金玲…and the staff from the lobby is super good and welcoming too❤️
Especially I want say thank you to this hotel for my boyfriend birthday cake and gift🙏
High recommended for all who come to Harbin非常喜欢这家酒店❤️

Perfect cleaning, nice spot locate near the travel spot right in front of castle.the service is good "Air" & "Nan" both very helpful. They do help us to heat up food and help us keep our luggage. They do have all necessary but do not have AI speaker help to control only but they deserve 5 star for all.

Such a lovely hotel with the friendliest staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so much variety. Hotel was beautifully clean. Location was central to everywhere we needed to go and catching a DiDi was easy being on a main road. I couldn’t get my food delivery app working and the front desk boys let me order from their phones, just lovely. I don’t speak any mandarin but using a translator app isn’t a problem and some staff speak English. I received some free gifts and a beautiful checkout gift. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff, the breakfast restaurant staff, the lobby staff, all the staff serve customers with a smile! It was the best! We highly recommend staying. The room is well cleaned and the river view is the best. The service of Chinese tea was also good.

Jenny has been wonderful from the first day. We stayed for about a week. She was friendly, helpful and personally brought us freshly made yoghurts and fruits to us. She explained the facilities in the hotel and the environment.
