My best hotel service ever since my solo travel.
Hotel staff were accommodating to my request even I placed wrong order for room service.
Help is offered everywhere within the hotel.
Definitely will only choose Habsburg on my next visit

I highly recommend their breakfast — look for Jenny, she makes the cutest yogurt for you!
Don’t miss the freshly made noodles, they’re absolutely delicious.
The room is clean with a beautiful view, and the location is perfect — just a short walk to the local market and St. Sophia Cathedral.

We had a really great stay in the biggest room ever - biggest toilet with the best view as well. Breakfast service was impeccable - and we would like to thank Ms Air 刘金玲 for her top notch service and attention to details, and made us felt at home since day 1 when she could recognise us when we went for breakfast on day2 :) side note was that the housekeeping service may not be as attentive - did not top up our shower gel for 2 days - and we had to leave a note to request for it especially. In all, location was great, view is outstanding, and hotel staff service is commendable! :)

I had a very enjoyable 2 night stay. Great service with pleasant additions such as being served tea at check in, and a small gift bag upon check out. Great view from river view room, and great breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was not having an electric kettle in the room, but instead an hot water dispenser that used bottled water.

Near the train station. The rooms were very spacious. The gym have decent equipment. Great services from hotel staff.
Cons was that the room was stuffy and hot. Air con was configured as heating mode. Had to request for "fans".

My room has an amazing view of the river which is especially beautiful at night.
The staff is really helpful and friendly. Everyone from the front desk, the door men, the executive lounge staff and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant. I appreciate Fo Xiu who went up to my room to understand my concerns because of the language barrier.
My only complaint was that I ordered room service. I ordered steak and soup but there was no dinner plate included. It was difficult to cut the steak in the tiny sizzling plate it was served on. I appreciate the male staff who brought my order to my room.
That said, everything else was fantastic. My wishlist is to have a full length mirror inside the room.
When I visit the Harbin again, I will stay here.

Very nice and clean hotel. Service is very good. location opposite song hua river cable car station with fantastic view. 10 min walk to 中央大街。Lobby service manager 焦明 is very friendly and helpful. He help us to book a transport to airport by using my phone app and also help us to carry all our language onto the car. Very happy with their service and stay.
