第一天到哈爾濱旅遊入住，酒店員工很熱心和細心，幫我升級了房間，超級滿意。最後3天我也是從亞布力回來繼續住這家酒店，哈布斯安排了一間房間，超級滿意但是因為窗口方向，酒店窗口完全沒有寒風吹進來，來自新加坡的我特別怕熱，在家每天都開空調，所以覺得太悶熱了，打給前台，他們由於沒其他房間可以給我換，所以送了風扇上來，解決了燃眉之急，但是還是不太涼。最後兩天酒店員工又很熱情幫我們換去有冷風的房間了，真的太滿意了，他們都盡力幫我們解決問題，老婆孩子們都很滿意。不愧是哈爾濱性價比最高的酒店。

酒店的位置特別好，地鐵3號線友誼宮站，出站馬路對面就到了。去中央大街，松花江邊都很近，房間裏也能看到江景。
前台的禮賓很有禮貌，每次看到進出都會打招呼，提醒讓小盆友帽子圍巾穿戴好再出門。
用早餐時碰到的黃主管也很有禮貌，每天都會給小盆友送不一樣圖案的3D打印酸奶，小盆友很開心。

酒店位置很好，但是正門位於十字路口，打車需要左拐十來米左右。設施一般，洗手盆龍頭距離洗手盆邊緣太近，洗臉手很容易碰到盆邊，水容易濺到枱面上。但是酒店的服務非常優秀到位，入住登記主動倒了兩杯熱茶，每次出入遇到服務員都彬彬有禮，感覺很真誠，不是完成工作的那種。門口服務員在我打車離店的時候主動幫我看車到哪兒了，精準把控絕不讓我在寒冷的環境裏多等十秒鐘。👍

兩個家庭出遊，選擇了家庭套房，很方便
酒店位置便利方便，到中央大街10分鐘，到紅磚街早市也才10分鐘不到，到松花江邊才5分鐘，出行便利，打車也超級方便
路過酒店拍了張街景，很美呀
酒店的服務人員都好熱情，免費的下午茶，接待時送上的冬瓜茶都超級暖心
