先説優點:酒店裝修很有特色，房間寬敞，酒店索道直達江對岸，去中央大街很近，索道風景非常好，酒店門口就是江邊，有一個小沙灘可以玩水，酒店在太陽島景區內部，去熊貓館很近。缺點:供暖很差，沒有地暖，空調不制熱，前台給拿了一個電暖氣，但是房間比較大，完全帶不動，熱水來的也很慢，要放好幾分鐘水才能出熱水，基本洗不了澡。早餐很簡陋，餐廳比房間還冷，建議不要在酒店吃早餐。酒店需要從商場大門進去，商場晚上9點關門，所以9點以後想要外出或者回來，需要給前台打電話開門。酒店在太陽島景區裏面，打車進到景區的時候要沖景區保安大吼“我是某某酒店住店的”才讓進，當然，你在酒店叫滴滴的時候，也需要在酒店前台登記滴滴車牌號，車才能從景區大門開到酒店門口。以上供大家參考，前台服務挺周到的，雖然設施上有些問題，但是前台都在幫忙解決，如果在旅遊旺季的時候去，體驗應該會更好。

去年十一的時候住過一次感覺還不錯這次又定了結果房間非常冷，中央空調不好用，衹有一個加熱器，不適合帶孩子，但勝在服務到位。

做一夜“城堡主人”是怎樣的體驗？太陽島城堡酒店位於風景宜人的松花江畔，整體建築充滿歐式風情。一樓匯聚了各色小型餐飲店鋪，二樓整層為酒店區域，三樓可直接搭乘過江纜車，四樓則設有巧克力城堡博物館——館內巧克力的種類極為豐富，館外還設有觀景台，是欣賞松花江夜景的絕佳位置。酒店地理位置優越，交通極其便利：除了纜車，還可選擇乘坐遊輪過江。觀光巴士在此有站，可以輕鬆遊覽太陽島各景點，隨心上下、自由參觀。我這次入住的是價格最親民的“子爵內景房”。房間內部空間寬敞，設施齊全，家居擺設盡顯城堡應有的華貴氣質。唯一美中不足的是，由於房間沒有窗户，無法欣賞到外面的自然風光，算是一點小遺憾。值得一提的是，與客房的富麗堂皇相比，酒店前台略顯低調——小小的接待台設在一樓角落，與“巧克力城堡”的主題氛圍稍顯不符。個人建議，不妨將前台設計成巧克力造型，讓接待人員也穿上更有特色的服裝，豈不是更加契合這裏的夢幻主題？總體而言，這是一次充滿驚喜的入住體驗，非常推薦給喜歡特色酒店的朋友們。

酒店位置很好，在太陽島上，松花江纜車起點站就在酒店三樓。酒店送的纜車票，享受VIP待遇，免排隊。看着至少排隊1小時的長龍，我們直接到了就能坐纜車。這個感覺真的太好了！

酒店就是纜車的起始點，也在太陽島園區內，去江邊和各處比較方便。房間面積很大，衞生條件好，設施和用品也比較優質，有小童牙刷和拖鞋，前台服務很好很耐心。就是一層是很多商業（麪包店，飲品店和排隊去纜車的入口）很嘈雜，房間裏能聽到纜車的聲音，但不影響睡覺。採光不太好，暗，但是位置方便，還是性價比很高的，價格對於品質來説很驚喜！
