酒店服務很好，晚上伴北極熊🐻❄️而睡，早餐8點半可以看到可愛的小企鵝路過房門口近距離觀看，小孩子很開心，早餐十分好，乾淨豐富。下次還帶小朋友來！酒店設備都先進！

房間很乾凈整潔，觀熊房視野也超級棒，餐廳還有玻璃棧道直接觀熊。酒店活動很多，孩子玩的很開心。酒店服務人員超級超級好，有問題立馬解決。還給免費升房。全部五星好評，超級推薦。

首先不滿意的宣傳照片北極熊主題床上都有北極熊手辦，結果去了完全沒有，虛假宣傳，屋子很小，性價比不高，早餐很一般，跟好一點的酒店沒法比，基本跟如傢什麼差不多吧！在説好的地方，適合親子，小童設施齊全，還可以24小時觀看北極熊！早上可以看到大明星企鵝淘淘，還有些小童活動都不錯！總體3分吧

房間乾淨整潔，大床睡着舒服，管家還提前聯繫預留車位告訴各種活動和演出，前台女孩聲音很甜很貼心。早餐豐盛，還可以看着北極熊慢慢吃早飯，早上和企鵝淘淘見了面，還送了一份家庭套餐，在極地館逛累了就可以吃午餐了。

酒店很乾凈，房間裏很暖和，空氣進化器和加濕器入住的時候都開好了，考慮的非常周到，服務員都很熱情，早餐也挺豐富的，有現做麪條和煎餅果子，小孩子喜歡的零食比較多。房間裏給小朋友的設施很多。

之前看評論區寫的有味道，服務不好有擔心，但是還是定了。我們去的時候非旺季，酒店不大，房間沒有味道，服務也熱情。最重要是酒店給小朋友安排的活動也很棒，還有餐廳雖小，但是出品都是精品，餐廳服務人員也特別熱情。
