The scariest Hilton in history, bar none! Normally I don't like to leave bad reviews but this hotel was so exaggerated, I found bed bugs on the bed! I was given a bad bag and checked out early. The hotel manager asked me to deal with the problem. His attitude was very good, but there was nothing practical except giving a bag of red sausage. The hotel hygiene in China can be so exaggerated. I have never had such a hotel experience! I also hope that your hotel will do more health inspections.

The Hampton by Hilton is the most average experience I have ever stayed at. I booked a trip for five days and four nights. I checked in early on the first night. However, due to hotel renovations (the hotel said it was owned by the property, they couldn't help it, and it was useless even if the country didn't allow it on holidays), I was woken up by an electric drill at 8 o'clock in the morning. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they gave me a super small room (much smaller than the room I originally booked), next to the elevator entrance, and the toilet was next to the sink. On the second night, I was woken up by the smell of the toilet... again I asked the front desk to change rooms. One of the two coordinated room types has a toilet that is still the same, and the other one is in the decoration direction. I can hear the service staff's tone is very difficult. I don't know if all hotel room types are like this. I really have no choice, or I am trying to fool the guests. , hope it’s the former. In addition to some small details, if you borrow an umbrella or a shoe brush from the hotel, you have to pay a deposit before you can borrow it (this is the first time I have encountered such a service when staying in a hotel).

The front desk service of the hotel is warm, and fruits and snacks are provided as a gift when you check in. The breakfast is rich in variety and the hotel facilities are complete. I will choose to stay here next time.
