今天剛到爾濱這個城市，選擇可以一家相對離景區近一點的民宿，我就在**訂了這家名宿，房東很熱情，問什麼都秒回，屋子環境也特別好，衞生也做得特別乾淨，我們因為到的比較早，上一個房間還沒有收拾完，阿姨為了讓我們儘快去住忙的滿頭是汗！阿姨收拾完我們放好行李就下樓溜達，附近有超市，有市場，還有摩天輪，交通很便利，期待再次來的時候還可以入住！

🎀住了三麗鷗主題民宿，簡直像掉進夢幻世界。一進門，滿滿的三麗鷗元素，小擺件超可愛。房間佈置温馨又舒適。房主老闆也特別熱情周到，各種需求都能快速滿足，人很好。樓下是地鐵站，很便捷，好評，下次還來！😘

這啥破房間啊 快避雷吧 空調打開一股胡巴味 冰箱那味也不知道是放過啥 給我薰一跟頭 投影儀不好使 畫面歪 顏色特別綠 根本看不了 枕頭上還有頭髮 問了房東説是一客一換時候掉的 我管你咋掉的啊 最起碼是不是該當麪給換一套床上用品啊 民宿也沒有前台 身份證都不登記的 進屋前還得收兩百按金 真不如訂酒店了 後老悔了 唯一好評的就是房東迴應很快 正常十二點退房還幫忙延遲了半個小時退房

我説句實話，哈爾濱 200多塊錢能訂到這樣子的民宿很好，樓下門口就是地鐵站去哪裡都特別方便，直接節約打車的錢了。然後樓下就是百盛商場，邊上還有個大超市，我喜歡的喜茶奈雪還有各種吃的東西全部都有。阿姨打掃的時候是直接把床單這種拿去洗了，掛在陽台上的。很多其他酒店換不換床單都是個問題，整個房間也很可愛，有娃娃感覺萌萌噠，200 多塊錢能訂到這樣子的民宿真的很好了。住之前我看到有個別差評我很迷，看到他們的內容，我衹能感覺他們可能是出來次數少。我入住之後衹覺得物超所值了，不能花 200多的錢，按照 2 千的標準要求別人。交通、吃飯特方便，民宿老闆也很可愛，脾氣特別好，開始讓我付 200 按金，然後我説我沒錢了，100 可以嗎？他説可以的，第二天早上退按金居然退我 200，希望老闆你以後要核對下再退按金喔，不是所有人都有我這麼善良的～最後也祝老闆你 2024 發財～

很少給差評，但這個真的是太臟了！娃喜歡三麗鷗，本來想給她驚喜。結果入住後娃跟我説，明天換個地方吧😮💨進樓感覺老舊臟亂就印象不好，進屋更是燈光昏暗，完全跟照片兩碼事！掀開被子驚呆了，全是各種毛髮，特別多，床單被子是那種特別廉價的化纖材質，靜電粘毛，房東小哥哥開始要我收陽台的用，陽台的沒有幹，他就要外賣送了一次性四件套，床單很小，翻身就捲起來了，我是一夜沒睡！我去過的民宿賓館很少有見這麼打掃衞生的，床品不是送出去洗，是直接在衞生間用老舊的洗衣機轉一下曬陽台，完全沒有衞生可言！如果不是半夜娃困的不行，我可能就走了！僅有的幾個插座給廣告位用了，冰箱打開嚇我一跳，稀碎臟的噁心！唯一好評的就是房東小哥哥，回覆及時，沒逃避問題，積極出解決方案！其他的就沒好了😔
