Harbin Nan'gang District Hotels

Because a hotel has arrived in a city, namely the ”Longmen VIP Building” hotel, which boasts over a century of history. As the legend goes, this building is steeped in history and rich in traces, worthy of exploration and learning, and truly well worth my special visit. A suggestion for the hotel: as a long-established and international establishment, it should provide coffee to guests who request it. Otherwise, I would consider such a good hotel to be compromising on service.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jenjue Boutique Hotel in Harbin, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it. Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wish to return soon!

Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀

The room was comfortable, amenities will well pack and prepared. The toilet - water level was weaks, the lights were dim and require hooks to hang the clothes. The staff service at the front desk was not responsive and helpful - when ask or questions, looks lost, Language barrier. The hotel does not have a gym and buffet breakfast at the restaurant can be improved with more variety and staffs not proactive in serving the customers. The security for the lift failed, no card required. People can just go up to your room without any security pass or questions. Location was excellent, inside Red Square and Wanda Plaza.

The newly opened intercity hotel in Erbin West Station has a great environment and service👍As soon as you enter the lobby, there is a nice and light fragrance. The front desk is very responsible and enthusiastic. There are welcome fruits and small gifts. The takeaway food is also delivered in time. The room is clean and tidy without odor and the sound insulation is good👌The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. German sausages and pasta are recommended! In terms of location, it is a 5-minute walk from the West Station. It is very convenient to go to the Red Square in the West City and Wanda Metro. There is also a subway loop line to the city. The high-speed rail also gives a delayed check-out time in the afternoon. The staff helped to carry the luggage before leaving🧳In general, it is a very good experience, and it is very cost-effective in Huazhuhui Hotel! Recommend everyone to stay!

This stay was great! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept through the night. The staff was warm and considerate, and responded quickly from the front desk to the room needs. The breakfast was rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the taste was great. The location is excellent, travel is convenient, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I will choose here again next time I come, and I highly recommend it!

The house is very clean, and the whole house is equipped with smart home, refrigerator and washing machine, which is really convenient. The service attitude of the brother at the front desk is excellent, and he also prepared drinks for us. After a long journey, I came to Harbin and found warmth here.

Service: I received a greeting call on the morning of the check-in day. Whether passing by the front desk or the public area, the front desk staff and the housekeepers were very polite. The staff training was good👍 and they also gave me souvenirs. The hotels I stayed in Luoyang, Kaifeng and other places before also had souvenirs, but they were all a bit confusing😂 so I didn't take it seriously when I first received it. I was really surprised when I opened the room after entering it. There were candy refrigerator magnets, earplugs and hand cream, which was a big plus👍 Facilities: The decoration style in the room is very good, very simple and clean. What surprised me most was the soft stickers on the corners of the sink and bedside table. They considered the details. They provided a humidifier and a smart toilet. There were also disposable toilet mats in the bathroom. They were very thoughtful. Environment: It is near the commercial area, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a school. If you come to take an exam, it is really close to choose here (breakfast is at the restaurant of Mou Feng on the 23rd floor. The dishes are good.

The hotel was in the superb location. It was very close to the Province Museum metro station. It took me about 5min to walk to the station for line 2 and line 1. Line 2 will take you to the most of the famous place such as the Sun Island, the Ice and Snow Festival, the Walking street Zhongyang, the Sophia Cathedral square.. The hotel is also near the Hongbo underground shopping center where we can buy a lot of good winter stuffs for the -20°C. The hotel is close to many good restaurants around. Everything is about 5 min walk. Staffs are nice specially Ms Wang who helped us to book for the massage service and call out the taxi to bring us to the Blind massage address. She even use her account to book for us so we can get the very good price. Thanks a lot Ms Wang for your dedicate support. We are so appreciated. The buffet breakfast was nice with a lot of variety for Western and Asian. They changed the menu daily so we dont get sick of it. The only downside is the building was a bit old and dated. The shower ceiling start to be moulded. The water pressure is good and strong. Room temperature can be manually adjusted by our preference. The bed was comfortable to guarantee a good night sleep.The house keeper was doing a good job to keep the place clean. Overall the hotel is a good place to stay if you are not fussy. We were out all day explored in the cold air, we need a good bed to sleep, a hot shower and hot bath to relax, a warm room with a cozy sofa and wake up with a nice breakfast. What's else do we expect ???

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home.
