這次出差入住如家精選酒店（哈爾濱西站店），體驗出乎意料地好，最大的感受就是：特別舒服！ 無論是硬件還是服務，都精準地戳中了旅途中對“舒適”的所有期待。 1. 床品睡眠體驗極佳：這絕對是“舒服”的核心！床墊軟硬適中，支撐力恰到好處，躺上去身體瞬間放鬆。枕頭提供了不同選擇（記憶棉和羽絨），我選了記憶棉的，高度和承託感完美貼合頸椎，一覺睡到大天亮，完全沒有認床的困擾。被子的蓬鬆度和保暖性也很好，體感非常舒適。 2. 房間設計簡約温馨，細節到位：如家精選的設計一貫的簡約現代，色調柔和，讓人一進門就感覺很放鬆。房間佈局合理，空間利用充分，雖然不算特別大，但乾淨整潔，設施齊全且維護得很好。空調製熱/製冷效果快且安靜，保證了室內恆定的舒適温度。特別值得一提的是，燈光設計很人性化，有多種模式可選，睡前閲讀或工作都很舒適，不會刺眼。 3. 衞浴乾淨清爽，熱水充足： 衞生間乾濕分離，打掃得非常乾淨，沒有任何異味。淋浴水壓穩定，熱水來得很快，水量充足，洗個熱水澡掃除一天的疲憊，是舒適感的重要來源。提供的洗浴用品品質也不錯，味道清新。 4. 地理位置便利，環境安靜：靠近哈爾濱西站的優勢自不必説，對於趕火車的人來説非常方便。但更讓我驚喜的是，雖然靠近交通樞紐，房間的隔音效果卻做得相當好！關窗後室內非常安靜，完全不受外界噪音干擾，保證了高質量的睡眠，這點對舒適度太重要了。 5. 服務親切周到：前台的工作人員辦理入住和退房都很高效，態度親切友好，有問必答。服務響應速度也很快，讓人感覺賓至如歸。

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

The house is small but looks clean. I never thought that the toilet is so small that even a slightly fat person can't close the toilet door, and their legs will touch the door. I'm a girl, so I'm not fat. Because of the first stay, the platform gave an upgraded room type. But the front desk called the waiter to confirm that it was a standard room. I reminded that it should be an upgraded room type. The front desk told me perfunctorily that the upgraded room type is a standard room. What type of room is the standard room before the upgrade? At 2 o'clock in the morning in the middle of the night, I was woken up by the sound of things being smashed next door, and then I was forced to listen to a family ethics drama. The thing is probably that the mistress is tired of the man who only gives money, only money. Even crying and making noise and smashing things. What am I trying to say, look how bad the soundproofing is. I called the front desk 3 times, but I didn't come forward to solve it. Until then, I stood at the door and waited for the security and the front desk to deal with it. After processing, I will look at the table at 4 o'clock. I take the high-speed train at seven o'clock in the morning. What am I trying to say? There is really no night shift service. Terrible stay experience. In addition, the front door is very small and messy. If you have a business meeting, don't choose it. If the other party comes to pick you up, you will feel that you may be going bankrupt. Business people choose carefully. Finally, to be fair, the internal facilities are clean and tidy. Except small. Finally, I wish that pair of wild mandarin ducks will stay together forever and have a happy union for a hundred years.

The hotel lobby is really grand, and next to it is the Liu Laogen Grand Stage. But I went there at the wrong time, so I didn't see it. The hotel service is still very good, very polite and the service attitude is very good. The room was very warm and the bed was relatively comfortable. The location is very close to the West Railway Station, 5 minutes by taxi. Nearby shopping malls: Wanda, Vientiane, but we didn’t want to go shopping and didn’t go shopping much. The nearest subway is about 10 minutes' walk away, which is not too far. You need to transfer to Central Street. The service of the lady at the front desk is quite enthusiastic. Some suggestions: 1. The towels and bath towels in the room are relatively old and not very clean. 2. The bath water is not hot during peak periods. It is recommended to increase the temperature. 3. Add care supplies such as cotton swabs 4. The water smells a bit off, but it’s acceptable.

The staff at Cinemusic Hotel were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. However, the location was a bit tricky to find, and the ceilings were lower than expected. Despite that, the warm hospitality and cleanliness made for a pleasant stay! btw we extended our stay here!

It is right next to the train station, but the sound insulation of the room is good. You can only hear a little bit of the announcement of the train station late at night. The airport bus station is nearby, which is very convenient! I will choose to stay here next time I come to Harbin.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with Subway Line 2 right outside, making it easy to reach Snow and Ice World, Central Street, and other attractions. The breakfast was decent and very convenient, especially in the extreme cold when going out for food would have been tiring. The room was comfortable enough for a good rest, and the lobby had a grand and impressive design. Overall, a great choice for a stay, especially for those visiting in winter!

I wouldn't say it is easy to find since there isn't any sign of the hotel. I was sent there with didi and couldn't find any and went inside hotel there and found the place at level 20. I think they manage level 20 only. The room was clean and service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location just across wanda shopping mall, huge mall with a lot of foods at basement level. Best if they could have better sign outside, it would be easier for people to find the place in the cold weather. I would recommend to stay here though, cozy room and great service. 24 hours convenience store just below the hotel and food street just beside.
