The hotel we booked this time is a century-old building near Harbin Station, making it very convenient for commuting by subway. This two-story building, once the hotel of the Middle East Railway Bureau, may seem unassuming from the outside, but it's truly remarkable. The interior features classic Russian architecture, with antique revolving doors and a spacious staircase, solid wood wall panels in the hallways and rooms, a high vaulted ceiling in the restaurant, and an old fireplace in the lobby—everything reflects its former glory. I absolutely loved it! The service was warm and attentive, the room was well-equipped, and the breakfast was a set meal. It was clean, simple, and adequate, and it was a great value for money.

We had a really great stay in the biggest room ever - biggest toilet with the best view as well. Breakfast service was impeccable - and we would like to thank Ms Air 刘金玲 for her top notch service and attention to details, and made us felt at home since day 1 when she could recognise us when we went for breakfast on day2 :) side note was that the housekeeping service may not be as attentive - did not top up our shower gel for 2 days - and we had to leave a note to request for it especially. In all, location was great, view is outstanding, and hotel staff service is commendable! :)

First, my overall impression: what a delightful surprise! I initially came with low expectations, assuming hotels near tourist attractions wouldn't be exceptional. However, from the moment we were greeted, to the front desk, and the incredibly attentive staff we saw everywhere, I truly felt, 'This is what a five-star hotel should *really* be like!' A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm and attentive service. My baby absolutely loved the upgraded family room, which was thoughtfully equipped with their favorite toys, including a rocking horse and a small slide. The complimentary fruit was perfectly sweet, and the desserts were both exquisite and delicious. A special shout-out to the breakfast! They had hot noodle soup perfect for babies – the noodles were wonderfully springy, and the broth was delightfully light. My baby's 'clean plate club' moment was proof enough of the amazing culinary skills of the kitchen staff! Reflecting on our stay, I can truly say we felt completely at home. Thank you for every genuine greeting and warm smile. We'll definitely be choosing to stay here again on our next visit! 🥰

The location is absolutely superb, right on Central Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll every day. It's also very close to the subway station and super easy to find. There are tons of great food options nearby, and the hotel's breakfast is pretty good too, so you'll never run out of dining choices. We booked a family room this time, and for such a prime and valuable location, the room was surprisingly spacious. The interior facilities are brand new, featuring smart home amenities, which made for a fantastic stay. A special shout-out goes to the front desk team – the young ladies and gentlemen. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, and quite charming to boot!

The staff were quite welcoming, and breakfast was complimentary. The location is convenient. I even received a small gift upon checking out. However, I wouldn't have moved to this hotel if my previous one hadn't been fully booked due to a conference. It's a third more expensive than my last stay, and apart from being marginally closer to attractions, my experience here was genuinely disappointing. While the room didn't face the street, it was directly opposite the staff workroom and a utility closet, leading to constant, disruptive noise from doors opening and closing. Additionally, several cleaning carts were left parked in the hallway right outside our door for extended periods. The shower constantly made an odd, creaking noise – definitely not ideal for light sleepers or those easily bothered by sounds. The internet speed was painstakingly slow, and even mobile 4G/5G signals were weak. Breakfast was utter chaos, and the pervasive smell of cooking oil was so strong that my hair and clothes reeked of it after just one meal. The gym and laundry facilities are nowhere near the standard of a Hilton Garden Inn. However, I must admit, the washer and dryer themselves were quite effective.

First I was bit disappointed because no one help us with our luggage and we arrived by past 14:00 but our room is not ready and need to wait for 1 hour, but its okay😊😊😊 I really love this hotel, the ambiance is good there is a free afternoon snacks at the lobby, you can also wash and dry your clothes, there is a lot of free gifts that the kids love, I having a hard time on operating the washing and there is a staff who immediately assist me, and also I try to call them on the phone, and they go to the room to assist me because I cannot understand chinese😂 they also lend us a toy so my baby will be busy playing, the breakfast also has a lot of choices, I hope I found this hotel soon, but glad to stay here on our last night in Harbin City, hoping to stay here soon, and also upon checking out they still have gift for us, and what I really love is they lend me a russian dress to took photo😍 I will make moments soon as soon as my photo release by the photographer and tag the hotel😍

Excellent location. Harbin Railway Station is a convenient 10-minute walk via Jingxiao Street, and St. Iver Church and the Orphanage are right next door. Subway Line 2 is just a 5-minute walk away. Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral are a pleasant 20-minute-plus stroll, perfect for an after-dinner walk. Inside, the rain shower offered excellent water pressure, the pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the TV even had a sleep timer. For an even more perfect stay, I'd suggest a hairdryer that doesn't require constant button-holding and the removal of the deposit requirement.

My stay at the Jingoo Tower Hotel on Central Street in Harbin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and attentive service from the front desk staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and they thoughtfully provided information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions. Special shout-outs to 1108, 0728, and Xiao Sheng! They even gave a small toy to my daughter, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much! The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel thoughtfully delivered a complimentary fruit platter after check-in, which was a nice and heartwarming touch. The next morning, breakfast at the third-floor restaurant was incredibly diverse and impressive. The coffee was aromatic and rich, and the dishes were not only plentiful but also meticulously prepared, satisfying both Chinese and Western palates. The hotel's location is also superb, right on Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. All in all, this stay was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone! Whether you're visiting Harbin for tourism or business, this hotel will be an excellent choice.

Secondly, the room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, clean and tidy, and comfortable beds, providing a good rest environment. Very satisfied, the location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Hagia Sophia and Central Street, making it convenient for eating and drinking! Entering the bathroom, I was surprised to find disposable toilet paper and laundry detergent. The room was also very smart and clean. In addition to mineral water, there was also tea pie as a complimentary drink. Every detail is well thought out, and the price-performance ratio is very high.
