Ibis properties in Harbin

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. They were proactive in offering help and had a friendly demeanor. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, both Chinese pastries and Western dishes were thoughtfully prepared, providing a wonderful start to each day. Overall, this was a fantastic value-for-money experience. The comfortable environment and excellent service left a lasting impression. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

The service was pretty good, and it's very close to Central Avenue. The airport bus stop right at the entrance was actually the main reason we booked this place. However, the hallway is tiny, and the room is really small. You can't even push the twin beds together, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids.

It has good location , few hundred meters from the subway station. The staff is little loud at the hallway in the morning which is working as an unnecessary alarm for us. As it is IBIS, you have to struggle for the storage area in the room. 4 cloth hangers and a small folding table is what you can expect. Breakfast is a big let down. There are very less or similar options. There is no live counter for ‘Noodles/wontons’. You need to boil yourself and make it your own recipe if you desire to eat noodles. Overall its good for this price and location.

Had a fantastic stay at Ibis! The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and efficient, the facilities were comprehensive, and the location was convenient. It's truly great value for money, my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be back!

The location is fantastic, right outside a subway station, which is incredibly convenient! There's also an airport shuttle stop right at the entrance. Easy transportation is definitely the biggest highlight. The hotel offers a washing machine and a dryer. Downsides: The room is quite small. I stayed on the first floor, and the view wasn't great – it felt like looking out onto an old, run-down residential area.
