Ibis properties in Harbin

I chose this hotel without hesitation when visiting Harbin, and I didn’t even consider staying anywhere else. It had everything I needed. The location is ideal just a 2 minutes walk to Zhongyang Street, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The staff are available 24/7 and always ready to assist. The room was consistently clean, comfortable, and well prepared throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Harbin.

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. They were proactive in offering help and had a friendly demeanor. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, both Chinese pastries and Western dishes were thoughtfully prepared, providing a wonderful start to each day. Overall, this was a fantastic value-for-money experience. The comfortable environment and excellent service left a lasting impression. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

We stayed at this hotel across from Sunac Land while visiting with our kids, and it was a great experience! The environment is lovely, the facilities are comprehensive, and everything is clean and tidy. The service was very thoughtful; they even upgraded our room for free when they saw we had children. It was a really pleasant stay!

The breakfast selection was quite rich and tasty, catering to different preferences. Overall, it offers great value for money.
