I'm very satisfied with everything at HUAZHU Club, from the service and location to the overall hotel facilities. It truly lives up to its super-scale standards within the HUAZHU brand. My only complaint, which is a common issue for these mid-to-high-end express convenience hotels, is that the delivery robots are simply not convenient enough and have many logical flaws. For instance, a guest might meet the robot at the elevator to pick up an order, but the robot defaults to delivering it to the room and can't be stopped midway or prompted to accept a room number or guest name for pickup. This often leaves my food cold. Thankfully, prompt room service and the excellent HUAZHU experience compensated for this. It's still excellent. If you need to catch an early morning or midday train the next day and don't want to arrive at the station too early, this hotel is only a five-minute walk away. It maintains high standards without being affected by the noisy environment around the train station, making it a top choice for business travelers.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. **Pros:** The soundproofing in the room was excellent; we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Our family suite, room 1801, was incredibly spacious, and both the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The large TV was great, and screen mirroring was very convenient. Breakfast was satisfying. The noodles and wontons, a specialty of Starway, were exceptionally delicious! The melon served at breakfast was incredibly sweet; I had several slices every day! The view from the large window was stunning. **Cons:** Upon arrival after 2 PM on the first day, our room wasn't ready, which made the check-in process a bit slow. The front desk seemed understaffed. The bathroom in suite 1801 was not properly waterproofed; we could clearly hear the sounds of showering from the floor above. However, my friends in other rooms didn't experience this issue, suggesting it might be a specific problem with our suite, 1801. Upon check-in, we noticed there were no towels or bath towels, but they were quickly delivered after a phone call. There was no soap dish. There were no hooks or racks to hang clothes and towels in the shower area. The conditioner came in sachets and was oddly placed in the drawer with the toothbrushes and toothpaste, not in the shower area. I initially thought no conditioner was provided. This seemed quite illogical.

Great review! The service attitude is excellent, and the room is tidy and warm. If you need anything, the front desk will deliver it right to your door. The WiFi is super fast and reliable. For those who are undecided on a hotel, you can definitely choose this one – I wouldn't lie to you!

I came to Harbin to play. I lived in Central Street at the beginning. The smell of the room was heavy and it was not convenient to call a car. Every time I had to go far to get on the bus, I changed a hotel and saw that this hotel was opened in 26 years. Even the comments have not been made, or it is fixed. The suites are cheaper than the ordinary big bed room on Central Street, and the living is comfortable. The room is large, there is a small living room, the bathroom is also large, there is a laundry room, there is a robot for food delivery, and it is convenient to take a taxi. You can get on the car without taking a hat in the lobby. It is not cold, and it is not expensive to eat around. Take a taxi to Central Street for ten minutes, and go to Harbin Station for ten minutes, especially suitable

The hotel is kept very new, the front desk service attitude is good, the lobby is tall and grand, the crystal chandeliers are very beautiful, the surrounding area is in the city center, the airport bus can be taken opposite the hotel, it is super convenient, I recommend everyone to stay here.

This hotel is right on Central Street, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and most importantly, smoke-free – a huge relief after the strong cigarette smell at my last hotel. The service was excellent too; both the front desk staff who helped with check-in and the housekeeping team were very friendly. Highly recommend!

We booked a family room and stayed for two nights. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very comfortable. It's close to Caoshi Street, making it convenient to take a taxi for meals. The robot delivery for food orders was also very handy. However, the service didn't feel as good as other places. I left a bottle of facial cleanser and a small accessory behind, but no staff member reached out. When I called to inquire, they said they would look into it, but I never heard back. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, but it was at a comfortable level anyway.

As a mid-range, select brand under HUAZHU, Starway Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The stay was incredibly thoughtful, from the small details to the overall experience! The location is fantastic; whether it's near a subway station, a shopping district, or tourist attractions, getting around and finding food is super convenient. The free parking is also a huge plus for those driving.

First off, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – that was definitely the highlight for me. They also have their own parking, which is a huge plus in that area and a big reason why I chose this hotel. As for comfort, the bed was really comfortable, and the linens were great. The smart features in the room also worked perfectly; I really couldn't find any faults there. The downside, however, was the bathroom. As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed an unpleasant smell, like sewage backing up. I understand this might be a plumbing issue in an older renovated building, but what I really couldn't stand was the urine stains on the toilet. How was that overlooked during cleaning? The smell of urine was just overwhelming.

It's a duplex with bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, which is a huge plus. The hotel should have mentioned this in the room types; it would be a huge plus! The sofa in the living room downstairs is also a sofa bed, and the coffee table is quite large, making it plenty of space for a family of four to eat. The soundproofing is poor, which is a hardware issue. I can only hope the guests next door are more discerning. We encountered a child practicing violin in their room at around 6 a.m.... The service was excellent. They made a new room card for us when we forgot ours, and even gave us a small candied haws fruit treat. It's a bit of a walk from the railway station, about 16 or 17 minutes. We checked the laundry room, but there was only one washing machine. Luckily, we brought our own portable washing machine. The room was very warm, and our clothes dried overnight! Recommended
