Extreamly worst hotel. They are cheating the customers by providing incorrect location and address on OTAs. They claim to be available just 800 meters from the Har Ki Paudi; however, it's actually more then 2 km. The staff are lier and non cooperative. I requested them more than 10 times to clean my room but they did not do that. But when I raised the issue with OTA, they lied and said that I never asked to clean the room. They did not provide us with a drinking water bottle. I'll never recommend this property to anyone. Don't go with this property.

The hotel owner who run the hotel don't have a professional attitude and are behave very arrogantly. They don't have any behavioural ethics. The way they treat a customer is as though they are doing a favour by taking a booking at their place. The hotel had a confirmed booking of ours and was fully paid also. On our reaching there they refused to give room say they are sold out. The hotel is also situated in a dingy lane and reaching the place is like a jig saw puzzle. The hotel is also dirty and rooms were worn out. Had a terrible time by making a night booking and eventually shifted to another hotel. With all this trouble caused, the owner was not even apologitic and behaved as if it was not his issue. Never book this place or stay here. There are plenty of better options in Haridwar to stay than this Hotel. A very bad experience.
