This place is a gem ***** the banks of the Ganga in Haridwar. It has the perfect location - right next to Har ki pauri, and an amazing view. But the best thing is the fantastic service. Each and every one of the staff goes the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as they can. The staff I would say rivals any 5-star hotel ive been to across the world. Special callout to chef Hardev and his team for a simple but yummy dinner and breakfast and also for going the extra mile to serve us a great breakfast even though we missed the breakfast timings by 45 minutes as we got stuck in the rituals at the ghat. Would surely recommend and come again.

Had a really great time at the property. Right beside the Ganges with an absolute amazing view and great service! The food was really good and having the Patio overlooking the river was a plus. There was live music for breakfast and dinner and they also assisted us in getting a personal Ganga aarti.

Very nice location, service. Staff was very nice and helpful. Suraj at the restaurant was very courteous, Pankaj, lucky at the front desk. The food was good. Overall a nice place eto stay at Haridwar, specially for ganga snan. Evening service at the hotel was great

We recently had the most amazing stay at Ganga Lahari. The location was awesome as was the accommodation, staff, service and hospitality. It's a gem of a property on the bank of the Ganges at Hadki Paudi and the only of its kind. Special mention to Krishna Negi and Chef Rawat for their impeccable manners and hospitality sensibility.

I have had the best of experience at Ganga Lahari, a very boutiquey hotel in the middle of all the action Haridwar has to offer. Situated right on the banks of the majestic Ganga river, this hotel delivers its promise of outstanding service, cleanliness, safety and security, delicious food (wide variety I might add) and a range of tourist experiences. The staff is very well trained, polite, courteous, prompt, responsive and responsible. Krishna Negi, the front office manager, goes out the way to make sure every need of yours is met. He connected with me via email/whatsapp ahead of time, helped arrange transportation to/from the airport, kept checking with me frequently to make sure I was happy with everything. Amit Bajaj, the activity/tour guide, knows the town and its surroundings incredibly well, was able to customize the 2 experiences I have signed up for - Ancient temple tour and Rishikesh tour with sunrise at Kunjapuri, and delivered a blissful, divine, peaceful experience exceeding my expectations. I genuinely feel very blessed to have had such an experience, something I will remember forever. All in all, my stay at Ganga Lahari has been one of the BEST I have ever experienced anywhere in the World and I can say that is purely because of the staff and its stars like Krishna and Amit.

Firstly must mention that the entire Ganga Lahari staff members are well behaved and quite instrumental, and must mention Mr. Krishna who understood our need and arranged what we needed most after a long tiring trip from two dhams. The rooms are well decorated and quite spacious. Must also mention that the food quality and variety is something which is a must try for all during the stay. Well situated within few meters of har ki pauri ghat and within the famous market. A recommended stay at Haridwar for sure.

This is a quaint hotel with a wonderful view of the Ganges. Perfectly located for going to the sundown ceremonies and also visiting the vibrant market. Lovely rooftop restaurant with good food and a great ambiance. Highly recommend ♥️ if I visit Haridwar again I’ll stay there again.
