no maintenance for the gadgets installed in the rooms..test of food is average..mirrors are non visible inside the washroom. termites are available.🪳...pest control is nil..

We had visited this property 2 yrs ago when it was called ganga sadan. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended by a day. But this time, we regretted so so terribly. The management has changed hands and this lovely property has gone to the dogs. Had the entire amount not been paid, we would have checked out after the first night. Pros - smooth check in process, lovely view of the ganga, polite staff cons ( bear with me, the list is huge)
1. The door to our room was broken and had to be latched from inside or outside
2. Stinking bathrooms, leaky faucets and hand showers
3. Throughout the day nights we stayed there, staff didn't bother to even check with us once about cleaning the room or garbage, the garbage can was overflowing. 4. Monkeys. Monkeys everywhere. The balcony rooms cannot be opened unless you want to share your tea with them
5. Tvs in half the rooms are not working
6. No hot water. We requested them water at 9 am. We got water at 3 pm after multiple calls leading to our entire day going waste. 7. Staff is helpless. They need their gm approval to even move a muscle
8. We had an unexpected visitor, a lizard in the room. 9. No bread, no jam. Basics for breakfast avoid

The room was okay. And when we arrived a bit early even there was empty room they didn't provided the rooms and charged extra for early checkin. There were cocroches in the bathroom and didn't have hot water for bath.

There is not parking, no facility, they did not bill. They did not provide basis facility like, bursh, etc

My favorite property to stay at haridwar. Good management & staff, great location & serene environment. Private ghat is a plus point. A little costly compared to facilities.
