Very bad service, you have to ask for everything which is in part of package. Housekeeping will not respond even after multiple calls. They promise early check in and late check out but will not provide when you ask. High tea was served on request and after taking quite a time. Staff does not look happy. I paid cash for extras but receipt was given after waiting for ten minutes and multiple requests. Swimming pool is mentioned as service but under renovation. Game zone, gym and spa also under renovation. Garden is very small. Overall not happy what I heard about Fern as a brand.

Rooms are good and the location is perfect to visit, very quick service and response of all the staff specially Mr. Sourav from housekeeping and Khushal from front desk... Thanks!!!!

Worst fern experience ever this hotel is so poor the staff is not able to manage it here the services are worst the rooms are very bad and the room stinks the washrooms are worst the extra bed the extra mattress was worsttt the mattress was broken and the bed sheets pillows were not washed and it stinks I would never recommend to stay here if not Able to manage please close it and the good was so bad so bad we were not able to eat it and we didn’t even had our breakfast properly it is the worst fern experience ever I’ve stayed in many ferns but this is the worst I swear would not recommend to stay here

Staying in this hotel was good.location is excellent, the management was nice and the front dest staff were incredibly fantastic and helpful right from check-in especially Siraj, Sapna, Umesh for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The room is good condition value for money the buffet also verity and the best part is location of the hotel near by har ki puri, The manager who is in front desk polite and guide me, Housekeeping doing great job. i stay there for business trip this is good to go next time we will come back again with my family.
