Very bad service, you have to ask for everything which is in part of package. Housekeeping will not respond even after multiple calls. They promise early check in and late check out but will not provide when you ask. High tea was served on request and after taking quite a time. Staff does not look happy. I paid cash for extras but receipt was given after waiting for ten minutes and multiple requests. Swimming pool is mentioned as service but under renovation. Game zone, gym and spa also under renovation. Garden is very small. Overall not happy what I heard about Fern as a brand.

Excellent service from receptionist service. Very friendly and always welling to help. The breakfast is superb and rooms are clean and neat. Staff were knowledgeable about tourist hotspots and gave us lots of tips. The staff are able to understand everything in English.

Good location, decent people, nice ambiance, and cozy rooms. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Mr. Ankit ensured the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, while Ms. Vaishali provided exceptional service in the restaurant, making our dining experience delightful. The staff was attentive, helpful, and caring throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful stay here! Mr. Pradeep, Sonam, and Sushma took special care of us. The service was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding! The food was delicious, and the housekeeping was impeccable. Every time I visit, I leave with lovely memories. The staff is extremely helpful and caring.

I had a fantastic stay at The Fern , Haridwar. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially Vaishali and Sonam, who provided excellent service and made my experience even better. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location made it convenient to explore the city. Looking forward to my next visit here.
