Room floor and carpet not clean. Clothes iron not available even after request. However, driver service was good and quick.

need taxi/ cab to reach someone in haridwar.

Overall very very very bad experience. Just for name sake it is 5 star. Rooms quality are poor. No water supply in room. I had to change room twice then too same problem. Tea kettle top was broken, hand shower handle was broken. Even at breakfast counter except live counter food nothing was served hot. Idli, upma, vada all were cold. Nobody was concern for same. I would suggest rather stay at another hotel. Overrated price. Hotel is only maintained from outside & not from rooms. Mrng hours had literally waited for 40 mins for 1 drop of water in bathroom for brush, washroom, bath. Pathetic stay.

I had a decent stay at hotel yashail in haridwar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. However, there is room for improvement in terms of service efficiency and amenities. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and i appreciate the hospitality.

The hotel was only 5 star for its huge area & space.. the staff was cooperative but the service and maintenance was pathetic... The only good thing was food... There was no one for welcome.. when we arrived a *** was standing at the hotel entry but he only come to unload the baggage when we called him.. room service was very delayed.. we continuously complaint for different different things.. when we checked in the room the suite was not looked clean and lighted like it was shown in the pics..
