Room floor and carpet not clean. Clothes iron not available even after request. However, driver service was good and quick.

Amazing property and staff. Love the ambiance and food. Overall very good experience. You can try if you wish to have a great stay.

Property needs major refurbishing, most furniture (elevator, tables, bathroom shelves/handles, toilet seat, shower, flooring etc) are deteriorated.
The corridor carpets were torn.
The property was bought as a 4/5-star but operating as a 2-star.
Food rating : 2/5
Food taste was average.
Food options were ok.
The accomodation for my driver was horrible, no drinking water, no cooler and full of mosquitos. Had to arrange a separate stay for him after 1st night.
Overall poor management and upkeep, although the property has very good potential.
