The hotel was ok only because of its vicinity with Ganga Ghat, (Ganesh). TV not working, AC vent water was dripping in washroom which makes whole floor wet (washroom floor). Tea was not served at night around 9 when you need it after coming from travel and that when the kitchen was open. The driver stay was denied even after I told them that I will be needing one. Harki Pauri is around 3kms so you can try walking to ghat which I did. Rest it's ok as you will only be staying in haridwar for one or two days.

The room we were allotted was adjacent to the kitchen because of which there was a lot of cooking food smell which made our sleep difficult.

Baht hi bekar waihvar tha restaurant ke waiters ka menu me jo items they ki item available nahi the or kuch pucho to bahut roodly mana karte the special ek waiter aise bol raha tha jaise ki hum free mein kha rahe h room ka tv baar baar kharab ho raha tha ki baar complaint karne ke baad n to thik hua n hi room change kara

Except for the location, nothing else is worth talking about. The rooms are smelly, the breakfast is hopeless, the staff untrained and housekeeping not good. The room service was average.
