The rooms are very dirty. There is no enough lights in the rooms. Bathroom and toilet are also very dirty. The behaviour of the reception person/ staff was very rude.very unhygienic hotel. Don't stay here ever. The bed and pillows and bedsheets are also dirty. Even there is no cleanness.

Hotel to thik h location bhi acchi hai but parking nahi hai. Paid parking me 200 rupe per day ka charge kart e hai. There is a problem

The toilets, housekeeping services are not upto the mark. But location is good, it's a waking distance from haridwar railway station.

Very very bad experience.. room was very dirty..poor management and water not available in washroom..staff is not helpful..no privacy.. high charged but worst hotel..I am not satisfied

Room was small and bed was also not so comfortable. It was an average stay of one day only. You can get better options at this price point

My very short stay was a good experience. All facilities were provided. Location is good both railway anit bus station are almost walking distance. Good hotel are available in close proximity of the hotel

We stayed for about 16 hours but they have charged 200 extra as early check in. Room was very congested. We have to approach 3 times for geyser working mobile charging etc. The shower was broken.

Hotel location is good. Easy access to shared auto and local transport. In market. Hotel premise is good. Have lift facility too in case of elderly person. Hygiene is average.
