I came here with my family in April 2024. The hotel is very clean and so are the rooms. From the moment we entered, the staff were really helpful. They helped us carry our baggages, brought food to our rooms whenever we asked (even if the items were not on the menu), and showed that they cared by taking care of every minor inconvenience. It's a very good place to stay also because of the location. There are fast food joints like Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc. at walking distance, ***** with general stores. The food here is also decent. The only reason I deducted a star is because I believe the interior can be improved a little, and they could provide handwash, bodywash, etc. in the bathrooms, and use a little less oil in certain food items (like paneer tikka masala).
