Some cheap renovations has been done inside, painting walls and put some plastic flooring in the rooms. However the windows are in bad condition, doors and bathroom needs replacing. Our room was very hot and sleeping with windows open and it was noisy. Trains passing , HVAC from neighbors noisy. Cars etc. Breakfast was good.
