A fairly budget hotel but as it would be a late arrival and early check out we couldn't justify anything more expensive! Chose it as easy to drive to, and secure, cheap (€6) parking for our "loaded to the hilt" car. Good/prompt communication by email in days prior to check in. Remote check in after 3pm which was OK, but operator seemed vague about how to access the garage (the pin pad didn't appear to work so wife went into garage - accessed through the hotel lift- and found a button to operate the double doors. Not sure how a single traveller would manage this. Room basic but very clean. Always carry our own kettle for an early morning cuppa anyway. Comfortable bed, and lovely powerful shower! Can't comment on breakfast but may have been ok at less than €8 per person. No bar, but local one immediately opposite. Note, many Haro restaurants seem to close on a Monday so after trudging around in the rain for a while we opted for a Chinese! Disgraceful in "tapas town" but it easy friendly and good value Next morning reception was manned by a charming young lady

For our visit to Haro we chose to stay at the hotel “Alda Malvasia. This hotel is located within walking distance of the historic center, it is the first time that we book there, and must say that it is quietly located, super friendly staff, very neat rooms, good mattresses, and also the breakfast is good for the category of hotel. We also opted for a parking space in the private underground garage of the hotel (about 15 places) for 6 € per day, which is a very democratic price! Especially since there is little parking space in front of and around the hotel! All in all we were more than satisfied with our stay there and will not fail to book again if we are there again in the area.

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en este Hotel de Haro, nos gustaba por que el personal es amable y el hotel está a 10 minutos del centro andando y 20 de las bodegas. Ésta vez nos ha decepcionado el desayuno, no había apenas nada, muy desangelado y no se reponía lo que se acababa, además del frío que hacía en el salón de desayunos. Se acabó el café en la máquina y no pudimos tomar más.

Más que un “hotel” deberían denominarlo como un “hostel” aparece como un 3 estrellas pero solo tiene 2 en la fachada En la recepción el sábado por la tarde no hay nadie…nos dejamos la llave dentro de la habitación y tuvimos que llamar a teléfono para que nos dieran código de acceso…. Eso si… todas las habitaciones tienen si teclado para acceder Las habitaciones son correctas…camas comodas, buena insonorización El desayuno para el precio que se paga por del alojamiento es bastante malo… pan congelado recalentado el sábado y pan duro el domingo… café de máquina…malo..productos de poca calidad La persona que estaba el recepción para hacer él checkin estaba más pendiente de colocar lo adornos de Halloween que de hacer su trabajo… a la hora del checkout… no se molestó en dar las gracias. La camarera …. Del del bar del hotel el sabado por la tarde estaba transmitiendo “sus” cosas por internet y no prestaba atención a otra cosa que no fuera su móvil En líneas generales…. No aconsejo a la gente que reserve en este hotel

he pasado una noche en este hotel con mi bebé de 7m y mi marido y ha ido todo genial! El trato de las chicas ha sido de 10, solo por ellas volveríamos a elegir este lugar. La habitación de matrimonio estaba muy bien con cama extra grande (2m). Cambiaría la almohada pero reconozco que soy especialita con esto😅 Nos han añadido una cuna y la niña ha dormido genial también. Si tuviera que decir algo negativo es que el desayuno es regulero para lo que vale (15 dos personas)pero es cierto que hemos decidido desayunar allí después de haberlo visto (por comodidad con el bebé) así que, no se lo podemos reprochar Me extraña la baja puntuación que tiene porque para NADA es un hotel que merezca un 2.5

Al hacer el check in nos dijeron que los desayunos estaban incluidos, ya que tuvimos que hacer up-grade y pagar un suplemento por solicitar una cama de matrimonio. Al hacer el check-out tuvimos la desagradable sorpresa que teníamos que pagar los desayunos, que teóricamente estaban incluidos. Nos dicen que había habido un error y que teníamos que pagar si o si.

No está directamente en el pueblo pero a 10 min llegas andando. Muy funcional u básico. La recepción está abierta hasta las 21h, luego entras con un código. Las habitaciones están correctas, las camas tb. Te cuentan en el Check-in que abogan por la sostenibilidad y de hecho puedes pedir q no entren en tu habitación para nada. Hay q tenerlo en cuenta xq inciden mucho y según el cartel q pongas te hacen o no la habitación.
