The hotel was a bit tired looking but very clean. Facilities in the room were ok, the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast options were limited, coffee, pastries and juice were available. The staff weren’t overly friendly, possibly because we don’t speak Spanish. The hotel has a large car park and this was our reason for choosing it. The location was good as it was an easy 15 minute walk in to Haro.

Better start than predicted. The weather hit over the mountains and cleared after the tunnel as predicted. Easy ride to the Hotel, on the the right, before Petrol Station, opposite Riding School. I reckon a little too far to walk into town, but there was plenty of parking. You pay "up front" for everything, including the room. Quite basic. Certainly seemed Family run to me, some English plus my Poco Espanyol, got by. Covered parking for the bike, when the storm hit. The local wine was very good, I had the Menu Dias and it was fine, staff were great. 70's it might be, but prices to match.

DESAGRADABLES Instalaciones muy antiguas , habitación grande pero con manchas de grasa en los cojines del sofá . La comida horrible , íbamos a pensión completa , todo congelado , las sopas de polvos , saladisimo todo . El personal del hotel salvo una chica sudamericana que era un encanta el resto DESAGRADABLES , llegaron a quitarnos el aceite de la ensalada de la mesa ……

Great hotel on the outskirts of Haro, easy to get to and super friendly staff especially in the restaurant. Great traditional food for evening and breakfast. Comfortable rooms with ample car parking and a lovely swimming pool, what more do you need.The town of Haro is certainly worth a visit only a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly although not many speak English. Food was top class very reasonably priced with huge portions. Rooms large with large balcony with chairs to enjoy the beautiful weather. Only booked for one night but will be back again.

Este Hotel fué regentado por Eduardo Losada Santamaría desde el año 1999 hasta el 2014, como pueden observar el buen hacer se refleja en los comentarios hasta esa fecha, después de que se marchara del hotel,en 2014, los comentarios demuestran la ineficacia y poca o nada capacidad de gestión de los sucesores, que son el hermano de éste, Rafael Losada y su mujer e hijos, que no solo han conseguido cerrar el Hotel que un día fue referente en la comarca, si no que casi se convierte en un problema de salud publica, a juzgar por los comentarios escritos por sus huéspedes en esta ultima época.

Habitaciones con muchas deficiencias, menú insano y lo más barato posible. El desayuno pobre y sin variedad ni fruta. La comida abusando de congelados y fritos.Cutre en grado sumo. No lo recomiendo para nada. Necesita una renovación total.

En plan rancho: señor@s no hay fruta, embutido... si lo quieren comprenlo ustedes, es menú cerrado, no hay opción, si ustedes tienen dieta tenían que haber avisado con tiempo. No te dan opción a nada, no hay calefacción y a todo lo que le pides....es lo que hay, no hay más opcion

Se trata de un Hotel especialmente preparado para celebraciones que está situado a las afueras de la ciudad. Tiene una gran falta limpieza y de renovación de sus instalaciones. Y, sobre todo, el trato de sus gerentes o propietarios es sumamente desagradable
