We arrived Thursday night to check in and found out we were on the 2nd floor. I said fine you have an elevator right? When I booked I did not ask for a handicap room as I assumed there was an elevator if room was not on ground floor. My husband can walk some but not real far and steps are a challenge. We checked in and went to get our luggage trying to make this work. To my surprise she came out and said she was able to make a move and get us not only on the ground floor but in a handicap room! In my opinion she went above and beyond to accommodate us as I should have requested a handicap room. Thank you!!

Wonderful hotel. Still very new with very well decorated and clean rooms that are well appointed with a small refrigerator and microwave. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. We always love staying here. The staff is very accommodating and very friendly.

At first the check in process was rough very rude and unprofessional. the room we got the sink leaked, 0 water pressure in the shower, stains on the wall, stuff on carpet obvious loose stuff that could just be picked up when cleaning. the bed also had stains. but there was a different lady working at night and she luckily switched us rooms.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable room, whirlpool was worth extra $$. One issue with the shower. The water pressure was too low unless I turned the handle all the way to extra hot. Not good. Otherwise the water trickled out. I talked to someone who said adjustments would be made, but nothing changed. Minor issue: The fitted sheet on the king-size bed weren't fitted well. Each night I woke up with the sheet loose.

First and foremost, the cleanliness and comfort of the room were exceptional. It's evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, as the room was spotless and meticulously maintained throughout my stay. The bed was like a cloud, providing me with a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. Equally impressive was the professionalism and friendliness of the front desk staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries I had, whether it was recommending local attractions or arranging transportation. Their genuine concern for my comfort and satisfaction truly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, always accommodated us. Never had a problem with hotel. Would highly recommend hotel, Very recommended. They were always willing to help us and answer any questions we had. Keep us updated and always communicate with us on the first call.

comfy bed and good shower. good service at the front desk for check in. great view of the sunset from my bedroom because of the rural area. the town could use a revival so that a person doesn't have to travel outside of town to get something to eat.
