I stayed here to visit the Houston Space Center. I was confused when I arrived and was told that my reservation had been canceled, but I was relieved when Trip.com told me that they would compensate me. When I found out there was a problem with my plane ticket, I was able to get help from a man in the clerk's office. On the other hand, it doesn't always seem like there are staff there, so you may be a little worried about the attentive service and sense of security.

Close to the airport, convenient parking in a large courtyard, with a swimming pool, gym, free ice, lemonade... There is a small restaurant nearby, you need a car to stay here, otherwise you can't go there. It's a distance from the city...

Room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable, but sheets are thin. Room smelled and appeared very clean. We were on second floor about 4 doors from stairway and downstairs exit and could hear some of the in and out traffic but wasn't to bad. They offered a to go style breakfast of an orange, granola bar, milk or juice, and an option of cereal and yogurt was offered. Receptionist was kind. Lobby and walkways area weren't as clean as rooms but still well kept. We enjoyed our sleep here though which is spot to say because I'm a light sleeper.

Check in was like at any other hotel, daily hot breakfast wasn't bad, indoor pool was decent but wasn't heated, room was a good enough size, housekeeping came every day to clean and replenish towels, location was off the highway but no free shuttle to the airport.

The staff are friendly and the place is in general clean and tidy. But the options of breakfast are not great and very often, food has not been refilled as quickly as it should be. The room is spacious but the air conditioner is very noisy!
